am- wow this is cool. 1st blog post of 2018. thats cool. anyway sorta good sorta sucky run today. i kinda felt suuuuuuuuuuper horrible when i finished but felt pretty decent during. pickups as well and they were reallllllllllllllllll good.
partied w/ my home dawgs ry and py last night. we're pros at mario kart and at takin shots ;)) (not real shots dont worry guys)
pm- idk my mileage cuz I forgot to wear my watch lol but gooooooood run. death run today and it was good. i went out not looking to win but to have a good paced run and stay in for awhile. kept a good pace throughout and worked on my form. it still looked pretty terrible I feel like, but I tried. I was just gonna go out after ness but then I sprinted a whole lap and passed caroline to stay in for one more. finished up the run w/ ry towards artic circle cuz everybody else left and ry came back 4 me hahaha. ry's a rlly fun person to talk to. oh and my knees were killllllllllin on the rest of the run.
oh I got knew classes today and I have some good ones but I couldn't be more #mad rn. me and ry had the best spanish class on the earth and we had sooooooo much fun and senor looooooved us hahahah. any way we're in different classes now and it rlly sucks. that's all

pm- idk my mileage once again but that will change shortly. 6 minute test today. it was decent. i most definently didnt do good but i didnt do suuuuuuuuuuper bad i guess. during i felt pretty good. my arms hurt a lot and my knees just a little but after and before my knees were absolutely KILLING MEEEEEEEEEEEEE. they hurt soooooooooooooo bad especially on striders. thats ok ill get back into it. im ready for a good season of track.

well today was rlly good and i was finally gonna know my mileage buuuuuuuuuuuut i pulled out my watch right before practice and.... it was dead :/ #bummer but hopefully it'll be allllllllllllll ready 4 tomorrow. todays run was rllllllllllllllly good. turkey farm is my absolute fav run and i especially love it when its cloudy up on top.
it was rlly cold outside today and i was #notprepared so i did warmups in my sweatshirt so when we left to go run i was like "ah i gotta go put away my jackettttttt cuz i cant run in this" so i hurried and went to put it away. meanwhile everybody left and we yelled at them to wait but apparently no one heard cuz no one stopped :/ me and ry eventually caught up to some of the girls (including caroline, gracie and jada) and ran w/ them for awhile and then me ry and caroline just ran together. gooooooooooood conversation the whole way and a real good run.
oh and my knees hurt at first but then they felt better and then i told coach about um hurtin and he reminded me of the stretches my mom showed me and told me to do them. that was very helpful cuz i literally forgot allllllllllllllllll about those but now i remember and will do um.
oh and the way out felt suuuuuuuuuuper good and then we flipped and it was freeeeeeeeeeeeeezing

pm- shortish trail run todayyyyyyyyy. not a fan of trails as some of you may know...but i actually enjoyed today. dont get me wrong, i rlly love nature and such, i just dont like runnin on the dirt and rocks and trippin' all the time ya know. even more than trail runs i hate hiking, a lottttttttttttttt. thats one reason why i reallllllllllllllllly love four wheelin cuz i can be out in nature, go rllllllllly fast and i dont have to even touch the dirt or rocks or trip at all. anyway today was good. only one knee hurt today, buuuuuuuuuuuuuut it never went away like it did yesterday so that was kindof a #bumma but i think its fine. fun talking w/ add and then ry, py and robs on the way back. theyre good people.
i sorta played guitar a lil bit today. all we did was learn how to hold it an learn about the strings and such but i didnt hate it so thats good. oh but my fingers killlllllllllllllllllllllll
pm- I LITERALLY SPENT 50 HOURS JUST BARELY TO WRITE THIS WONDERFUL WORK OF ART AND I EXPLAINED THE WHOLE WORKOUT AND STUFF...AND I ACCIDENTALLY JUST DELETED IT ALL.
basically the workout was wonderful. its my fav workout. my knees hurt A LOTTTTT and thats all.
ALSO I FOUND OUT LAST NIGHT THAT ME AND TOBY KEITH HAVE THE SAME B DAY AND IM SO HAPPYYYYYY !!!!!!!! probably no one cares but me because everyone hates country music apparently but toby keith is the bombbbbbbbbbbbbbb and i am soooooooooooooo happy rn lol
also no one text me cuz i got my ipod takin away once again hahah
also @ry or @holt to tell ry.... dont forget about our potato plan hahaha. i got the cheese and potatoes lol
pm- fine run today. my knees were killing from the very start. even last night they just killeddddddddddd. flipped back with add, ness, gracie and jada and did 40 with striders. i rlly hate cuttin my minutes but ahh my knees just hurttttttttttttttt. iced when i got back and currently they feel a lot better but i know theyre still gonna hurt tomorrow. i keep doin my stuff tho, hopefully itll help eventually. haha funny thing, while we were doin striders gracie jokingly said "tough it up jess" but ya know what my knees hurt from the very beggining and i toughed it out for a whole 45 minutes so i think its fine lol
pm- realllllll good run today !! 20 minutes warm and then a 20 minute tempo on the track. real good packing and a real good crew. last 5 minutes was just me jace and ell but it was good and we were haulinnnnn at the end. my knees did #hurt but definently not as much as yesterday. thought i might have to do a bit less cuz they were hurtin but i sucked it up and did all my run. #glad i did cuz theres no reason not to. finished with a 15 minute cool.
went to the game later. it was fine. boys played good but not good enough i guess. chilled for a sec with my homies and that was cool too
am- idk how many miles cuz i just had my watch on timer mode buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut about 80 minutes out on suicidal tendencies. lots of the guys showed up but only me add, ry and py showed up for the girls. thats alright tho cuz i actually rlly like smaller group runs cuz its fun to talk and stuff ya know. i tripped prolly like 17 times but luckily only fell once. i scraped up my knees and they were bleeding and stuff but they didnt hurt. howeverrrrrrrrrr i also fell on my hands and they like didnt get scraped at all but they killllllllllllllled. ate some delicious donuts after and then went home. oh also we saw some hells on the trail

am- weights and 15 minute run. benched for the first time in awhile and my arms hurt soooooooo soooooooooo much but its a good kinda hurt that makes ya feel good even tho ur arms hurt if ya know what i mean hahahah
pm- 50 minutes into washington. real good run but my knees were KILLING MEEEEEEEEEEEEE. usually its my tendonitus that hurts but today it was like my bones and stuff. i guess when i fell yesterday i mustve hit my knees pretty hard on the rocks cuz they rllllllllllllllllly hurt. it especially hurts to stand up and stuff. toughed it out tho and did all the run. just me ness ry and robs for the whole thing but it was good.
oh also we started some new warm up things today and i like um. i wanna get better and be faster and i think these are gonna help quite a bit
oh also, today was a rlly good day. then in the last 2 minutes of school james and mitch took my waterbottle and put soap in my water and sprayed cleaner into the top of it. that made me a little mad but now ive decided that i think its actually fine and ill just clean it and we'll be ok. just know that you should never do that to someone cuz its kinda mean i think
one more thing...go search john butler ocean on youtube and then watch the video that comes up. im gonna be like him when i grow up

pm- got left again so 10 warm by myself :'( then the same workout as last week. it was alright. i did notice however that my tendonitus gets better throughout the week to where it isnt hurting constantly and thennnnnnnnnnnnnnn workout wednesday comes and the first part of the workout is good and then by the end im limping and then on thursday the whole run is a painful limp. next week ill prolly cut out a bit. i dont rlly know what to do other then what im already doing. iced after as well
harold tried to be mean to me on purpose so id put him in my blog but i cant remember even what he did but ill make his dreams come true anyway
oh today was good cuz even tho i was late to ceramics and mr papa got mad at me, i centered my clay on the wheel today and he said that im one of the kids whos "ahead of the game" so thats cool cuz i usually suck at things like that haha
oh also i finally (after waiting like 3 months) put my school record into the record thingy today!!! that was cool
oh one more thing haha. i finally decided to wear short socks to school and it was a terrible decision that i regret very much cuz my shoes rubbed a whole lot and then when i went running it started bleeding and it rllllllllllllllllllllly hurt

pm- sprint warmups, distance warmups, jumpy fast thingys and beast and feast thennnn 30 minutes on the football field with alli and boston. iced after too. i rlly hate cutting minues but ive realized that ive been icing and doing exercises for 4 months and ive still got tendonitus. obviously its not working so i better try somethin else. also i think im starting to get plantar fasciitis in my left arch so that sucks and i might get some inserts to help that
