pm- "long run" today... definently a "long run" for what ive been doin the past few days, but rlly not long at all.

prolly around 53 or so minutes w/ alli baker, ness, and ry. knees werent hurtin super bad but ive noticed when i go real long when they arent hurtin too bad...then they rlly start to hurt. still gonna take it easy for a few more days even tho im feelin a bit better cuz i usually feel a bit better and then all of the sudden i cant run again. (hopefully that made a little sense haha) iced when i got back and then almost froze to death hahaha and then went home

oh also both my arches were bugging me today
