am- exercises basically

pm- 6 minute test was alright. improved from last time so i was happy about that but i know i coulda done better. ah also my arms felt like they were gonna fall off thee whole timeeee. but it was decent so yeah haha. everybody did hill circuits after but when i tried to run my knees and every other part of me hurt. i could hardly run at all. limped all the way down to the start and then decided i better not do them cuz i was limping hardcore so did lots of single leg squats (holding on to a trailer cuz my legs felt like they were gonna give out at times) and then ran back w/ add. iced after. sad day in the running dept. but im gonna get better

pm- knees were killing me and coach observed and told me to take today and tomorrow off so no running and instead talked to robs and then played song pop w/ brianna for like an hour haha

pm- 66 minutes on the river trail. 5 minutes before practice however to "warm up" my knees. kept a good pace the whole time which i was glad about. various paced repeats throughout which were fine as well. knees felt pretty good today. way out was better than the way back tho, i think they hurt more as i go on but they felt better than usual. also this makes me very sad and happy at the same time but i went the longest ive gone in prolly 2 1/2 weeks or so maybe even 3 so that was good. k thats all. peace out

oh also ive got lots of new exercises to do to help my knees so ill do those later.

am- whole bunch of exercises. im supposed to do 2 sets however and only had time for 1 so ill do another in a bit.

pm- rootbeer mile today. i #hate the rootbeer mile. 1st: i hate rootbeer, it is literally thee worst soda on the earth, that makes it kinda hard lol. and 2nd: my stomach is pretty dang small and i usually cant even drink a whole soda. i was kinda excited for it tbh but the excitment left me as soon as i cracked open the can. my goal was to finish because last year i only got 2 1/2 cans and 2 laps down until the time limit was reached and i had to stop. i did worse this year. i only got 2 1/4 cans down and 2 laps. but still a small victory for me tho cuz i drank more than one can haha. cooled down a bit after but my knees hurt a #lot so i flipped back pretty early and iced. oh also i noticed that i do pretty fine when running w/ a belly full of rootbeer and its just the drinking part i cant do. i would catch people on the running part but then my knees would hurt and hold me back a bit hahaha. i #suck, at the rootbeer mile

pm- 40 minutes into green springs. felt alright. knees hurt and left arch hurt quite a lot so that was a bummer but i went a decent amount of time and me ness ry caroline and boston had some good conversation so it was good

pm- half of a workout. knees felt surprisingly good today with little pain. my left arch however was my set back. during school it hurt to walk on and it just killllllllllled while running. didnt rlly know what i should do so i just did part of the workout and called it good.

pm- 40 minutes w/ 2 hill circuits

wore my new inserts in my shoes today and my arches didnt bother me a bit ! also my knees felt pretty good for most of the time. buuuuuuuuuuuuuut they did start to hurt towards the end and hurt a lil bit rn. not sick (luckily) but my throat has been hurting pretty bad the past 2 days. today at school is hurt soooooooooooooooo much and during the run it just burneddddd. then after i got a drink and choked on water so i coughed and it was like theh most painful thing ever

am- 40 minutes, half w/ the girls and half w/ my mom and sally. knees hurt quite a bit but my throat hurt even worse. i have so much crap in my throat so i couldnt breathe that good and it just hurtttttttttttttttttttttt

bummer run for the most part but glad i got to run with my mom cuz i usually never get to

pm- little over 30. i rlly wanted to go further today but i didnt feel the best. coughed a tonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn and my stomach and back are rlly sore for some reason but arches felt good so theres somethin positive for ya :)) 

only person on the team that failed the world civ test...and i failed it by 7. #bummer :((

pm- mini workout for me. 43 minutes total. 15 warm (10 and 5 tempo), 6*400's @cv pace and then cooled for like 13 or so minutes. sore throat is almost all the way gone and i just have a stuffy nose and cough left which is good. only coughed a little and i actually felt rlly good today...besides my knees of course. today was just one of those days where i just wanted to keep going buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut my knees hurt a lot so after 6 400's i called it quits

pm- 40 minutes. little bit of a tempo too haha (not rlly tho we were just going rlllllllly fast) cuz me and ry started to go a different way so we had to turn around and i had to get somethin outta my shoe and then all the sudden we were rlly far behind everybody so we ran suuuuuuuuuuuuuper fast for a looooooooooooooooong time and then caught up and passed everybody hahahaha. good group today ! lots of people ! minus caroline and ell tho :((

am- rim trail mostly with jenna. not rlly sure on mileage but 6 seemed like a good guess. knees didnt start hurting until the way back and they then hurt the whole way back. i cant rlly tell how they actually felt cuz it was mostly downhill and that hurts my knees anyway. oh cool thing...it was snowing for like the first time in forever and it was soooooooooooooooooooooo freezing but it was fun and then me and julien jammed to 99.9 for like a half hour (actually rlly just me cuz julien thought it was dumbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb but it wasnt at allllllll) until everybody else got back. 

oh also this was my longest run in like 2 weeks so thats cool

pm- 35 minutes into green springs. group kinda got split up at the light cuz we thought we were going to middleton but then we "re-routed" i guess haha. we were kinda all in groups of 2 or so but on the way back me and ry ended up with add which was good and soon grouped up with ellie and gracie and jada also and then a few freshies plus sylvia joined at hearts. fun short run. little bit of knee pain but felt pretty good. left shin was bothering me a bit which im a little worried about but addi told me what to do to help it. it was kinda rlly cold today but it was fine. #gooooooooooooood run today :))

i made a rlly sucky mug in ceramics today but apparently it was fine enough so ive got one doneeeeeeeeeeeeeee !!!

pm- 35 minutes around the school w/ the boysssss and briannaaaa. hot but fun run. going a good pace feels good. plus me and brianna made a game out of the run and it was quite a good time.

am- woke up 2 minutes before practice started so i ran w/ my dad at home. i actually have no idea how long or how far i went for morning or afternoon but it was good and my knees didnt hurt rlly.

also today we didnt have school cuz the juniors were takin the act so me jada ellie caroline and brianna partied and it was the funnest time everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

pm- 32 minutes to sandbergs !!! i missed sandbergs quite a lot so glad we finally got to go haha. nobody got all the way in cuz it was kinda chilly (which is kinda a bummer cuz its the funnest part) but when it gets warmer were gonna partyyyyyy !! runs like these bring us a lil closer i think :))
