| | am- w/ the lil workout we usually do. it was fine. half the girls disappeared and we dont know where they went but a decent crew. i felt a lil crappy from all the delicious stuff i stuffed my body with yesterday but it was dece
pm- run/adventure through the desert !! (w/ py laney and brook)
we did lots of fun stuff like climed up cliffs, went in a scary cave that was boiling hot and behind a scary ancient brick wall haha, climbed through tunnels under the road and went through a teeny tiny cement hole. haha fun day

pm- 45 in green springs real good quick pace and freshman race (against myself) from hearts to the school hahah

pm- workout !! 10 warm, 5 @ easy tempo, 2*800m @ cv, 4*400m @ 1600 pace (1:14-19), 4*200m @ 800 pace (35-36), 1 hill circuit and cooled to time. good workout !! lots of positives !! paces were either right on or a little quick but pretty good and on the 200's i usually struggle cuz im not as quick in the short stuff but i hit the times on all of um ! jogging to the hill circuit and the hill circuit was killer cuz my right shin hurt a lot but luckily it didnt hurt much during the workout. good run !!
ive noticed i run in to people A LOTTTTTT (today it was macen)... so watch out hahah and im sorry if i do lol

| | am- weights and a lil run. usually i always kinda "freshman race" myself at the end of runs cuz i like to go fast and cuz i hate running by people and today i just wanted to get outta the tight group so i sped up just a lil and gracie challenged me :)) hahahah fun run
pm- 40 easy. my shins and knees freakin hurt. also today was just kinda one of those typical thursday runs where ur legs are tired as shiz but it was fine. iced after and did handoffs for the medley. pumped 4 tomorrow :))
also math was actually rlly fun today cuz half the class had to leave 4 ccr so it was just me haven and harold in our lil group and were all nice to each other hahah. also the paper we did today was suuuuuuuuuuuper easy and we finished it real fast and then miles came in and we talked about blazin sauce and minecraft for the rest of class hahah
also i wrote a song about slime and it is very very good so hmu if u wanna hear it but i prolly wont actually sing it to you cuz it just has to happen naturally but you can still try if you want.

| | am- 20 easy and iced my shins and knees cuz they #hurt a lottttttttttttttt
pm- hurricane invite !! warmed up about 10 minutes (a lil short cuz we were a lil late) and then raced. did alright. came in second to jacey and i felt like the race was pretty good but the times were not so hotttt. coach said he thought we all had good races tho. cooled down a lil bit and later ran the 400 in the medley. i didnt think i did too bad but apparently i did pretty bad ig haaha.

| | am- nice chill long run. i almost didnt look at the workout cuz every time i do its the same run as before. however i did check and i literally jumped all around the house cuz i was so happy to have a chill long run hahah. 60 minutes w/ 5 minutes of easy tempo and then straight into 10 minutes of 10 seconds slower than cv pace. just me and ell basically but it was good. 5*30 second hills after and those were fun and easy. they used to seem so hard but now their one of the easiest thing we do i think hahah. good run !!
pm- recovery run w/ ry. i told her about all the sad changes that just happened en mi vida. i #hate change a lot :'(

pm- panther relays !! i did the 1200 in the distance medley (with jada, rylee and caroline) and then later i did the 4*400 w/ jada, jenessa and jacey. hahah weve always wanted to do this relay together cuz its the dream team, quadruple j hahhah. then later i did the fat mans relay w/ brianna, gracie and jada and we did pretty decent lol. it was literally a mad houuuuuuuuuuuuuuse. went to frostop later with py jace chika jenna ness anna and evan. good day :) also there was a baseball game going on so they were playing country music and it was the besttttttttttt hahah.

| | am- short run. i was a lil late and i woke up feeling sick and terrible so it wasnt the best run. took a nap in the locker room after for like 50 minutes and i still feel rlly bad so thats cool
pm- i honestly felt sooooooooooooooo terrible alllllllllllllll day. chills, body aches, sore throat, mucus all that sucky stuff. so if you thought i was faking i literally was not lol. tried to do as much running as i could, but 15 minutes was the limit. #bummer

| | am- well i came to practice but i most definitely shouldnt have. i felt sooooooooooooooo horrible. i tried to lift some weights but i had to sit down on the floor every second bc i was too week to even stand lol. finally resulted to stretching out in the hall bc at least i could sit down while doing that. skipped out on the run as well
pm- 40 minutes. pretty good run. not a whole lot of body aches or chills today which was good but ive still got a sore throat which makes it hurt rlly bad in my nose and throat when i breathe which sucked. also ive been rlly congested today and have had a suuuuuuuuuuuuuper runny nose but i at least felt a lil better today. we finally got our new uniforms !!! theyre sickkkkkkk

| | am- 70 w/ 5 @ easy tempo or tempo i cant remember, 10 minutes of cv + 10 seconds and then 5 hills at 1600 pace. nice chill long run and good weather. also py did rlly rlly good :))

| | am- workout wednesdayyyy !! 10 warm, 5 tempo, 3*800 @ cv, 4*400m @ 1600 pace, 4*200m @ 800 pace, 1*300 @ f-pace and cooled a few laps on the track. hard but not that hard. just good. hit our times and practiced form and stuff. lots of positives looking into this weekend !!
pm- 25 minutes easy into green springs and a youngster meet after. although these runs are short, they happen to be some of my least favorite runs just cuz if we have short minutes that prolly means we did somethin hard in the morning which makes 20 minutes hard lol. took it nice and easy. good run
i just roller sk8ed and it was cool. not my usuall sk8ing but a sk8rs gotta try new things once in a while right

pm- 40 on the river trail cuz its rylees b day tommorrow so she chose her fav way ! kinda sucks cuz every time we do this its rlly windy for some reason but thats alright cuz i very much enjoy this run :)) also everybody just seemed a lil peeved today and so everybody just kept roasting each other which was quite enjoyable to watch tbh
also i got to bring home my first few ceramics projects and although they kinda suck i quite like them. also, even tho classes where ya make stuff are hard i quite enjoy them cuz then i get to bring home cool things that i make alllllllllllllllllll by myself

| | am- 70 min long run towards dixie rock with a chill lil pickup workout. pickups went as follows 1, 2, 3, 2, 1 (minutes) all at cv. good run, nice and chill :)
pm- 20 minutes w/ ry. half on road and half on the big loops :)) lil sore from this mornin but im ay-okkkkk.
today i made a rlly sucky bowl, dissected a frog and cut its skin open and saw its liver and heart and fat and eggs and lungs and everything else thats in a frog. also we got to cut its leg open and i squeezed its calf and it was mighty buff. i almost puked tho. also i just barely drove on the freeway for the very first time and i used to be rlly scared but i wasnt scared and it was muy fun :))

pm- 10 warm, 5 @ easy tempo, and then (200, 400, 800, 400, 200, 400, 800) all at 3200 pace w/ the 16/32 crew consisting of me ell ry and caleb. coach had us cut the last 400 & 200 cuz it was real hot today. then 400 @ 1600 pace, 200 @ 800 pace and a 300 @ f-pace. the 200 @ 8 pace was my BEST 200 of all time !!! not that it was suuuuuuuuper speedy but im usually a few seconds slow and i was a few fast and instead of getting slower i like flung off that turn and it was like something was pushing me and it was sooooooooooooooo easy to keep getting faster and faster !! few laps of cool after. real good workout !!
also robs told me it looked like i was a lil more positive today and i pointed and the baseball field right next to us. they were playin some realllllllllllllllllll nice country music and it was the bestttttttttttttttttttt. and even tho i couldnt even breathe i still was singin while i ran cuz it was just too hard not to. country music is the best k bye
oh also im takin my drivers ed test tomorrow so wish me luck lol cuz i dont want to fail

i barely passed my drivers ed test today and made 2 bowls in ceramics that dont suck that bad and got to go to jimmy johns for lunch with my mom. gooooooooood day :))
also i slapped carson rlly rlly hard at the beginning of the run and it was quite funny hahahah

pm- 50 into green springs !! ran the way out mostly with just robs and the way back was mostly ell me and robs w/ a lil bit of addi. suuuuuuuuper hot and a hard run but i kept pushin cuz honestly that makes it a lil easier hahah. good run, fast pace, lots of positives :))
chilled at ry and pys for a bit l8r and then i got home and i was chillin w/ my father and brooklyn and eatin my pizza and then we saw a bird zoom past real fast and then we heard a loud thud. 2 birds (a lil one and a big one) smacked into the basketball hoop and fell to their deaths. the little one died instantly and the big one was still breathing but was chillin on its back, which is bad. the interweb said to get it off its back so we did but it has blood on its face and is still barely surviving #prayforthebirdy :'(

| | am- 60 minute mid distance run. got to do turkey farm which is my favvvvv run !! pushed up the hills and pushed the whole run w/ robs. honestly such a goooooooooooooood run !! 6 fast striders after which were sooooooooo good
pm- we were gonna do big grass loops which i love very much but after one everybody left to go run on the road so me and ry just finished up on the road cuz apparently nobody else like grass loops except 4 us hahha. good run tho
