am- weights and a different 15 min loop than usual cuz i wanted to do somethin funner todayyy
pm- 10 warm, 5 @ easy tempo, and then (200, 400, 800, 400, 200, 400, 800) all at 3200 pace w/ the 16/32 crew consisting of me ell ry and caleb. coach had us cut the last 400 & 200 cuz it was real hot today. then 400 @ 1600 pace, 200 @ 800 pace and a 300 @ f-pace. the 200 @ 8 pace was my BEST 200 of all time !!! not that it was suuuuuuuuper speedy but im usually a few seconds slow and i was a few fast and instead of getting slower i like flung off that turn and it was like something was pushing me and it was sooooooooooooooo easy to keep getting faster and faster !! few laps of cool after. real good workout !!
also robs told me it looked like i was a lil more positive today and i pointed and the baseball field right next to us. they were playin some realllllllllllllllllll nice country music and it was the bestttttttttttttttttttt. and even tho i couldnt even breathe i still was singin while i ran cuz it was just too hard not to. country music is the best k bye
oh also im takin my drivers ed test tomorrow so wish me luck lol cuz i dont want to fail
