am- nice chill workout on the track this morning. me and ry did the 3200 workout and holt ran w/ us. 10 warm, 5 @ easy tempo and then 2*600m @ 3200 pace, 4*200m @ 800 pace and then an all out 300m, cooled after for like 10 mintues. 600s were good and 200s were even better!! i usually #suck at them but i pushed offa the curves and was able to practice finishing strong and in the front! 300 after was dece. good workout
