| | am- 1st day of practice !!! rlly miss my graduated bffs but a few of them got to come today so it was ok :) running today was suuuuuuuuuuper hard hahaha but it was good to be back! i missed all my friends :)
also were doing final surge officially now but fast running blog will always be my forever fav so imma still blog on here :))
oh and carson gave me a present from their trip to oregon and he gave me a banana slug toy thing and i love it hhaha. banana slugs are my favvvvvvvvvvv. if you ever go to the bottom of oregon/top of california (redwood forest area), look for banana slugs cuz theyre everyyyyyyyyyywhere and theyre awesome ahhhaha
also idrk how many miles we went but we went 30 minutes haha

| | am- 15 road/ 15 grass and 6 striders. i have a hard time coming back from breaks. meaning it just hurts a lotttttttttttttt. after like 10 minutes i felt trumendously better tho hahah
kids club after. me and jose are doing the little boys (k-2grade) i dont really know them yet tho cuz we did paper work the whole time, but they look cool so im excited :)
oh then later i hung w/ py and coach told us the ihop is changing their name to ihob and i think that is a terrible idea cuz ihop is cool and ihob is not. also you can make funny jokes outta ihop hahah

| | am- 40 on the turtle trail. we had a realllllllllllll good group! biggest group of my life tbh. also we were goin sooooooooooooo fast but i aint one to slow down when others wanna push so i just pushed um a lil bit more. felt bad for like the first 10 minutes and then i felt sooooooooo good! i felt like i could actually run hahah and we kept it fast instead of struggling to go slow like yesterday lol. also holt ran w/ us and it was very enjoyable. good run.
hung w/ the holt crew again later and we gave a wonderful preformance to our lovely parents ;)
now im going to trek rn :( ill be dead til late saturday. see you sometime :'(

| | am- idk how many miles but we ran 70 minutes and went up around maverick and into the desert. 4*1min pickups in the middle w/ 4 minutes rec and they were suuuuuuuuuper good. hard but good run and our group stayed mostly together.
also i saw preston today and that was sooooooo swag
oh then after practice me and julien and colton played basketball for a bit w/ a flat ball but it was fun and then while we were waiting for the captains to finish their meeting, me and julien went over to jenna and pyper and carter and bentley and jason and we started talking about charlie and the chocolate factory and willy wonka. my argument was that johnny depp was in charlie and the chocolate factory and jenna thought johnny depp was in willy wonka so she bet me 5 bucks and confidently i took the bet and also, not part of the bet but we argued about this too, she thought that charlie and the chocolate factory came out first and i knew that willy wonka came out first so i went home and looked it up and i was right and i knew i would be cuz i used to watch charlie and the chocolate factory every night and i was in the play willy wonka hahah. now i get 5 dollars yay me ahhaha

| | IM SOOOOOOOOOO SORE FROM YESTERDAYYYYYY
am- 15 road, 20 grass & 6 striders. my cool friends corbin and colton came to practice today. oh and parker. and they said they would run w/ the girls on the road and boys on the grass but we went so fast and we all ran with the boys today hahha. good run tho. i miss all my friends :((
kids club after and the little boys jumped on jose and then after they attacked me and jumped on me and it was terrifying.

am- 51 on grapevine. i hate trails but todays run was soooo good. small group which i quite enjoyed tbh. i love our big groups but it was nice to have a chill quiet day. took the hills strong and it was so fun :) also we saw some rlly cute dogs that of course me and ry stopped to pet and they were beautiful hahha. stretched at the school for like 50 minutes after and went home
drove w/ mr brockman today and i thought i was doing good but apparently not cuz he slammed his brakes on me like a billion times

| | am- 80, sandhill + long run. the sandhill is sooooooooooooo hard but it was a good workout and it feels so good to finish hahah. i was w/ ry and gracie and jason at the beggining but basically ran the whole thing alone. time up was 15:19 i think and time down was 9:11. definently coulda done better on the downhill i feel like. thats a pretty slow time lol
the rest of the run was soooooooooooo hard but eventually we got back and then i went home and took a nap. good day haha

kids club race today and i ran with my lil estudiantes (im counting that half mile in my mileage lol) man those lil kids are faaaaaaaaaaaaast. also s/o to swag elin holt who always dominates every race. whatta beast
pm- team party/meeting at jennas and a 15 min run in the heat after. then went and lifted at the school for a bit
oh then i made musical.lys with py all night and they are bombbbbbbbbbb. i think that should count as cross training bc i sweated, and i dont even sweat when i run

| | am- 20 warm, 17 tempo @ the dirt mile and a 20 minute cool. tempo wasn't too hard but it was suuuuuuuuper hard on the way back. good run nonetheless. i feels good to do good
