am- 80, sandhill + long run. the sandhill is sooooooooooooo hard but it was a good workout and it feels so good to finish hahah. i was w/ ry and gracie and jason at the beggining but basically ran the whole thing alone. time up was 15:19 i think and time down was 9:11. definently coulda done better on the downhill i feel like. thats a pretty slow time lol
the rest of the run was soooooooooooo hard but eventually we got back and then i went home and took a nap. good day haha
