am- 25 minutes on the dope trail
pm- swag workout. warm up and then 4, 5, 4, 5 minutes at 8k pace with equal recovery. part up hill which was tough but it was goooooooooooooooooooood.
then partied in the lake and ate yummy foooooooooood.
am- long run on the dope trail. also we found some bonessssssssssssssssssssss.
pm- 25 minutes. probably on the dope trail but i cant rememberrrrr.
am- idk what mileage cuz my watch was almost dead. 50 minute hilly run. way easier then last year for me and i felt real goooooooooooood.
also camp was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper dope.
am- idk the miles again cuz i still didnt charge my watch. slept through my alarm and woke up at like 8. wanted to keep sleeping but i also just wanted to go get my run done. so i sorta gotta sleep in haha. 40 minutes total with 8 striders. shortest run for a while and it was gooooooooooood.
am- swag run down hell hole. had 60 minutes but ended up going 70 haha. two, ten minute reps of tempo with five minutes cool in between. i was doin good but then my ankle hurt real bad and i thought there was a rock or something in my shoe so i stopped to get it out but turns out it was a blister and it really hurtttttttttttttt. hard run, but at the same time easy as well.
pm- partied w/ ell, ad, and jos and ate lots and lots of foooooooooooooooooood and then went running (not the best idea to eat tooooooooooooooooons of food right before hahaha) with them + alli and a cool dog named casper that shes taking care of :))
am- not sure on mileage but good run today! little run on the road and finished up with a grass run and 8 striders.
partied at kids club. me and sarah ran the kids club race with brook and that was dope and she did superrrrrrr good!!

am- ran from the high school and went on the river trail and then bought some dope swag stuff afterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
pm- swagggggggggggggggggggggg first race !!! had a gooooooooood start (sorry if i elbowed you) and got into a good position with my home dawg caroline. led the whole entire race with caroline which was super swag cuz we really helped & pushed each other. ended the race with my first win and a pretty decent time for the 1st race. gooooooooooood job to everybody !! it was sooooooooooooo fun !!!
am- good run up through green springs!
pm- weights and a short run.
am- 50 minutes icluding 6 striders. my hip hurt but it was alright.
pm- ran up delano peak for renegade camp. fun, sorta easy sorta not run! saw some dope mountain goats and some sickkkkkkkkk views. when we got to the top it started raining & i thought i was gonna die of hypothermia cuz my arms were turning red and splotchy but i didnt so thats good :) gooooooooooood gooooooooooood run !! 50 to 60 mins (idk tho)
pm/am- dopest run everrrrrrrrrrrr !!! ended up not doing belknap and baldy and instead we ran in the middle of the night and saw TONS of shooting stars. also it felt superrrrrrrrrrrrr good and when we got back, we ate delicious ice cream and then went to bed late and slept in !!! 60 mins

am- long run, at 6 not at 5:30. yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!! my legs felt pretty dead the whole but it was still an alright run.
pm- easy 20 minutes. even though it was 20 minutes it was acually really hard cuz my legs felt even more dead than this morning.
am- weights and an easy run.
pm- 50 minutes into washington. my legs felt realllllllllll good and they didnt feel "dead" at all. good run and it basically wasnt even hot. even tho it was. sorta.
also yesterday was the first day of school and it sucked but today was goooooood (sorta minus the learning part) so thats gooooooooooood :)
am- 20 minute easy runnnnnnnnn.
pm- workout wednesday. 1st workout out at the bloomington course this season. not really a fan of the bloomington course but im gonna be. anyway good workout. pretty tough, especially when i stopped running cuz then my legs felt like they were gonna die. however they felt good when i would run again so thats goooooooooooood.
also update: school is getting good now. math is hard but everybody on the xc team is suuuuuuuuuper smart and they help me and then i learn stuff. its cool.
am- weights and a 15 minute run.
pm- 50 minutes towards the hospital. it was pretty dang hot today & a hard run but it was good and we had an EPIC pack so that was dooooooooooooooooope.
am- 20 minute easy run. good run but still feelin kinda sick :/
pm- desert relays. did ok i think. had a dope team and everybody did super goooooooooooood.
run-a-thon after from 8pm to 8am. man i felt sooooooooooooooooooooooo horrible for the first part of the night. also my 1st 3 miles i thought i was gonna die cuz i felt so bad. however at like 12 i stopped bein a baby and partayed allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll night. and morning. it was fabulous. also we formed a dance team led by the one and only veronica and not to brag or anything but i think were pretty good. #veronicasdanceacademyferlyfe

am- ran into washington, down firestation hill, and went up greensprings for a sec and then went back to the hs. good long run however roberts was gone and i didnt do as well as i should have. but i WILL get better and do what im supposed to even when nobody is there to tell me what to do. because if i wanna accompish our sick dawg goals then i gotta be doing what i am supposed to do. anyway good run with some tempo at the end. when we started the tempo, addi, jacey, and ellie picked it up like they were supposed to and i wasnt quite into it yet and before i knew it they were wayyyyyyyyyyy ahead of the rest of us. after i finally came to my senses and realized that thats where i was supposed to be i caught up and went with them for the rest of the tempo and added 5 minutes after everybody finished to make up for what i had slacked on. felt really bad for slacking at the first but im gonna work on it and make sure im always doing/being my best. 80 mins
pm- 20 minutes on the baseball field.
also on our morning run rylee fell hard core (pray for her) and when we got back and we examined her gushing limbs we saw a cut which was really wide and i think i should be a doctor cuz i said that looks like itll need sitches. and it did. which btw is not a good thing, its very sad and i feel bad for my dear rylee but now i think i should be a doctor. or an injury psychic, thatd be way doper accually. ill be that instead.
*also forgive me of my spelling errors. spelling is very hard.
am- 15 minute run with brianna, jace, ness, and roberts then weights after. attempted 2.5's today on the bench. man im gonna be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ripped some day. MORE ripped i guess cuz im pretty dang ripped currently. hahahahaha jk. in my dreams tho.
pm- 55 minutes out in my homeland babay acually not really but SORTA by my homeland babay. towards the middle of the run we were really haulin and also on the way back. my arms and legs felt suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper dead but thats ok cuz we finished and gained confidence. also i think we got buffer too. currently im super tired but that means we worked hard so i feel goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood :) plus im listenin to some epic country music which makes me feel even better.

- STORY TIME- yall really should read this cuz it might make ya laugh a titch.
Today we had to give an easy peasy presentation in intro to heath science and i was like cool cuz i like to give presentations. however my class doesnt talk AT ALL and its really quiet and akward and mr miller doesnt talk at all either cuz he doesnt like sophomores. well any way when he called my name to go up and present i got out of my seat, backed up, and fell. i tripped on my backpack and fell backwards into the table behind me (i have a bruise now. its a real bummer). to make matters worse the whole entire class was staring at me silently and they didnt talk or laugh or say anything at all. including mr miller. he just stared at me. if people woulda laughed i woulda been fine cuz then i would just laugh too cuz i embarass myself all the time and thats what i do. but everyone just stared at me as i got up and walked to the front of the classroom. then i said sorry really akwardly and then did my presentation. wow it was like in the movies when someone falls in front of the whole class. i guess i should be in a movie. acually no cuz im gonna be an injury psycic.
am- weights and a short run. tried benching 2.5s again. man i am just getting soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo swoll.
pm- 45 minutes through middleton. goooooooooooooooooood run and i got to see the freaking huge fishes that i love to see.
because i know y'all LOVE to hear about my day, ill tell ya. well today was just swell. the locker room is always packed on weight days but its whatever i just got ready real fast and went upstairs to eat my delicious reeses puffs. then i went to language arts and we had to number a whole ton of pages in our notebooks and it took forever and i got a paper cut that hurt really bad. then i went to seminary. it was dope. then spanish was just fabulous. me and rylee had a real good time. next i ate some delicious food for lunch and got my ugly i.d. card. i look like a goose. then i went to math. we had a sub. i didnt know how to do the problems cuz math is hard and ya know what the sub said, she said, "this is due tomorrow so you better work on it" i said "i dont know how to do them" and she said "well you better get some help" HELLOOOOOOOOOO! YOURE SUPPOSED TO HELP ME! well after that i went to pe and had a jolly good time and balled it up in volleyball. well that was my day i hope you enjoyed it :)
am- short run and yoga. im very not flexible. probably the least flexible person in the world but thats ok cuz yoga was still good.
pm- this time we really did run at my homeland babay. acually on my homeland babay. good run. pretty tired since weve really been pushing this week and weve had a lot of minutes but it was goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.
i dont really have anything dope to talk about so ill just tell you about my day agian cuz i know everybody loves hearing about jessicas day.
first we went on a swag run as mentioned above and did yoga with figiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. then we partayed in the locker room like usual and it was a jolly good time. then i ate a donut for donut friday and had alex colton and parker help me with math cuz i suck at it. but im getting better so its ok. then i went to jewlery. man i think im probably the worst jewlery maker out there. we didnt even make anything really we were just practicing stuff by twisting some wire into this dope thing and putting a bead on it. i failed big time. it looked like it had gone through the blender. then i went to intro to health. bad news we had to present again. good news i didnt fall this time so that was just fabulous. then i had biology. i dislike biology very much. then i went to durangos with caroline maycee ellie and brianna. it was swag except i was trying to open the tin thingy (cuz i had put a lid on it) and kinda scratched up my finger and it bled a titch and it hurts but it ay-ok. then i went to math. we had a different sub and he knew how to do math and he helped me. good day of math :) then i went to foods. i dislike foods as well. plus the room smells really weired. then i went on a dope swag run with my dope swag friends and found a baby washer and a cool key. thats it. i hope you enjoyed todays blog.

am- good long run this morning. ran foremaster loop, onto the river trail and then finished up with 8 hills by 2450 park. felt really good. also long runs are way way better now. idk why but last year i couldnt stay with the girls the whole time on any long runs even tho i could run the other runs. it kinda sucked a lot cuz a lot a times we'd be running on the river trail and i could barely see the girls in the pitch black and i thought i was gonna die alone on the river trail. now all the sudden its soooooooooooo much easier to stay with them and long runs arent scary hahahaha.
pm- 20 minutes on the baseball field and a swag meeting.
also today was a short day and it was doooooooooooooooooooooope. however my day wasnt that intresting so i dont have a swag swag blog like last week :/

pm- ran on turkey farm road. i really like runnin on turkey farm road but its not as fun when its boilin hot. i like it when its nice and cloudy. still a good run tho. my legs felt pretty dang tired and my arm and legs were boilin. stopped in the shade for a sec cuz i felt like my legs were gonna give out and i was gonna fall over and die. then on the rest of the way back i still didnt feel super and id start to fall off of jace ad and robs but i kept tryin to push back up there. eventually me and jacey fell behind ad and roberts so it was just us two but we had a good chat and had a good run back :)
idk no really cool stories today except i really dont like math and my foods teacher creeps me out also nick was legit on the el salvador news. for reals. man hes so swag. and also its jose's birthday so happy b day jose.
am- 20 minute easy run. man we were cruisin'. my brotha from anotha motha, julien, runs with us sometimes cuz hes injured and he helps us go real fast. its fun to go fast on runs. its usually pretty hard, but i like it :)
pm- WORKOUT WEDNESDAY !!! it was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper hot today, like approximently 111 degrees ! real hot and real hard but a real goooooooood workout !! we packed pretty darn good if i do say so myself and it was just fabulous.
nothing super cool has happened this week especially when compared to my EVENTFUL week last week lol. but ill tell ya about my day anyway cuz i want my blog to be cool and fun to read :)
well today i first went on a run and we went realllllllllll fast. then we partayed in the lockeroom like always. then i went upstairs and ate some delicious pizza for breakfast. then i went to language arts. its fun my teacher is cool and same with my class. then i went to seminary. my old teacher moved so we had hermano anderson today. hes our new teacher. he also has this swag wire tree thing covered in gum. its kinda gross. then i went to spanish. man spanish is like the dopest class there is. me and rylee always have a jolly good time and i think were senor's favorites ;) oh also i was gonna show him nicks swag video from the el salvador news but then i didnt but then my mom saw his wife today and showed her and she showed him and now hes gonna show it in class so thats swaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag. then i went and ate some yummy food while ellie helped me with my math homework. (s/o to all my math helpers, you guys are cool) then i went to math. i hate math. its very hard and she gives us TONS of homework that is really hard. then i went to p.e. we ran the mile and i didnt know if i should acually run it cuz i had a workout right after but id never not tried my very hardest in the mile so i didnt know what to do. however coach b basically wouldnt let me do it. he had me run the 1st lap to set a good pace for everyone and then he made me stop. it was fantabulous! then i chilled in the lockeroom by myself before the bell rang and then i went to practice and did a very swag workout in the very hot heat. oh then i got home ate dinner did all my things that i needed to do and then went to the store. i drove there. i think im becoming a very skilled driver. thats my day i hope you enjoyed it lol.
ya know what i think. i think i should send these to my language arts teacher. i think she would be very impressed. besides the fact that i dont capitalize, use puncuation, or spell anything right.

pm- 50 minutes on the sullivan trail. i half and half like/dont like this run but it was good today :) quick pace that was pretty tough especially with the heat (and the hills on the way back). man i was really hopin that it was gonna rain today. or at least be a little cloudy but its alright.
wow a bit of a bummer but currently i have a D in foods and i dont even know why. we took a mini test today on cooking terms and such and i didnt do so well but i have an F on notebook, which i think means i didnt bring my notebook. but i did so thats a bummer. oh but we made some delicious tacos for dinner (meat tacos, not lentil tacos) and my math homework for today is only 10 questions instead of 45 so that is just fabulous :) also i did good in jewlery today and im getting better at catching cherrios in my mouth. today was good.
