am- weights and a short run
pm- 45 to sullivan on the river trail and back. alright run. pushed it a little before it was time to flip and that was swell. then we stopped to get a drink and all the girls were there and i put my head down to get a drink, got up, and they were all gone. ran back by myself for most of it, which was kinda nice even tho i usually hate running by myself haaha. caught up to jenna and robs and ran with them for a bit and then ran with ness. iced after and skipped out on striders cuz it hurts my knees to start and stop really fast and we have a workout tomorrow so i wanna feel good 4 that.
