am- 10 mile long run with like a 15 minute power run thing but we kinda just did a power run the whole time haha

pm- 20 minutes with ness

i haven't blogged in forever but i love blogging so maybe ill do it sometimes again lol

oh also this week is hoco week and today was matching monday so i matched w alli and we wore our byu camp shirts and our state rings

pm- 50 minutes easy my face was burning off i almost died

am- 20 easy

pm- workout. 15 warm with 5 at easy tempo. 5*4minutes going 5k, 8k, 5k, 8k, 5k. it was hard but better then last week. my legs were so sore from lifting yesterday and dancing so hard at the homecoming parade haha

also seniors lost the powder puff game so that sucks lol
