am- 20 easy and yoga
pm- workout! 10 warm and at easy tempo.then right into 4*2:45 minutes at 3k pace. short, fast things are harder for me but I've been getting better at them. pushed a little at the end. that's my fav part, feeling like you cant go any faster but then opening up an extra space for you to push into and proving go yourself that you CAN go faster. 4 minutes in between all of them and then headed over to the track and did 4*200m. 15 minutes of cool after.
