am- short run, no weights
pm- little bummed at first tbh just cuz i checked the workouts and i thought 50 minutes with fartleks meant a run with fartleks in the middle, turns out it meant we had a workout but ya know it was just fine. i dont exactly want to explain the workout just cuz its kinda confusing buuuuuuuuuuuut i guess i will. 15 warm and then... 1 minute at 5k pace - 4 min recovery, 2 minutes at 5k pace - 3 min recovery, 1 minute at 5k pace - 4 min recovery, 2 minutes at 5k - 3 min recovery, 3 minutes at 5k - 2 min recovery, and then 4 min at 5k - 1 min recovery and then about a 15 min cool. good tough workout and a BEAUTIFULish pack!!
heres a sad story that might even make ya cry a bit i think. so in health science we took a test a while back and i got like a C. today was the last day to go retake it and i had done all of my revisions and such but hadnt studied much other than that because i didnt find my packet until 2nd period today. however i was like its worth a shot right so i went and took it. i thought i did alright....but i did not. i prolly got like a D- this time. sad huh. well its ok cuz im a baller and ill just do good on the other test i have to retake lol.

oh i got hit in the head by a penny yesterday that a kid threw across the room. it hit the ceiling and then went right to my head. my head hurts a titch now but its ok
