am- weights and 15 minutes easy. vdc practice after

pm- autumn classic! at d hells this year. 10 warm and drills and then the 3200 on the track. went out hard and kept it hard. me and alli got a pretty good lead and held it the whole time. started to fall behind al a little in the middle of the 7th lap I think. went hard and finally pr'ed from freshman year haha (sophomore track szn was trash fyi lol). glad to be getting faster and seein the work pay off, gets me excited for track season! lil workout after, 2*2minutes @5k pace with equal recovery and then 10 cool after while watching the boys. vdc practice after, were gonna kill our audition

am- 20 easy and yoga. yoga actually felt real good today

pm- after last nights race my calves have KILLEDDDDDD. man they hurt so dang bad. it hurt to walk all day lol. beast and feast and then a nice chill recovery run (55 minutes) which was honestly the best run on the whole earth. weve needed a nice easy run haha. 6 striders after with py. vdc practice after that haha

am- 55 with the younger kid squad. me kylee ness jenna alli and allison. ran out to the new hs. ya know I wouldn't mind if they just surprised us and made it into pine view and just moved us over. same name same people but a freakin sick building. man its swag but so is our school so I'll live haha. my calves are still sooooo tight and it hurts to move, that's nice

after we went to kneaders and then I went to Brooks volleyball games. she played real good today. shes a beast! also swaggy s/o to my dope mom who pr'ed her half marathon by 7 minutes today in the snow canyon half! shes also a beast ;)

pm- workout! 15 warm including 5 at easy tempo, then 1*1:30 @3k, then 1*10minutes at 30 sec slower than 5k pace and then 2*1:30 @3k and cooled for like 10 minutes. pack was pretty good today. love having al with me. we really work together and help each other. good workout

pm- beast and feast and 50 with a few race pace fartleks. they were good and easy. good run and we had roast and potatoes for dinner which is my fav and my room got new carpet so we can put our room back together and move out of the boys room. yayyyyyyy good day :)

meeting before. robs always says very good things.

I need advice. i was just looking at pics from NXR last year and it started to make me really nervous about NXR this Saturday. robs talked kinda about this today and I'm not nervous about going fast or going faster then I ever have, it's just a big scary race with a lot on the line and I wanna do big things and make my coaches and everybody pround. #stressed plz help haha :)
