am- 20 easy and yoga. yoga actually felt real good today pm- after last nights race my calves have KILLEDDDDDD. man they hurt so dang bad. it hurt to walk all day lol. beast and feast and then a nice chill recovery run (55 minutes) which was honestly the best run on the whole earth. weve needed a nice easy run haha. 6 striders after with py. vdc practice after that haha |
