am- 20 easy pm- hill circuits. warmed up like 10 or 15 to the hills and did 2 1/2 hill circuits. I like hill circuits a lot but we had a short day and so I went home and took a nap and felt horrible when I woke up. still did all of it like normal but my legs felt like jello the whole time #bumma. 10 or 15 back to the school. 65 total |
