am- 20 minutes easy
pm- reallllllllllllllllll hard workout today. plus although it wasnt that hot, it jumped up quite a bit of where its usually been and felt soooooooooooooooo hot. 10 warm, 5 tempo, 4*1200m all at cv w/ equal recovery, 2* hill circuits and then cooled to 70 minutes. knees and shins hurt a lot on the hill circuits but they were good regardless. iced after and tried to help jenna and py w/ handoffs but im no pro so i dont know if i was much help hahah. definently didnt eat enough today and i can always tell if i dont eat enough cuz my legs just feel suuuuuuuuuuuuuuper tired and heavy and feel like theyre just gonna fall off or give out (@thekosmin hhahahah). super pumped for the meet this weekend !!!!
