am- 20minutes easy and yoga. also did plyos cuz the blog said to do them but apparently we weren't supposed to haha pm- 55 minutes. we were gonna chill and recover today but it turned into a suuuper fast progression run. I ain't complainin tho cuz we got to go my fav way (Turkey farm) and go fast and I like that. 6 striders after. also I've really been working on having better form this week and it's getting a lot easier so that's good |
