am- exercises basically
pm- 6 minute test was alright. improved from last time so i was happy about that but i know i coulda done better. ah also my arms felt like they were gonna fall off thee whole timeeee. but it was decent so yeah haha. everybody did hill circuits after but when i tried to run my knees and every other part of me hurt. i could hardly run at all. limped all the way down to the start and then decided i better not do them cuz i was limping hardcore so did lots of single leg squats (holding on to a trailer cuz my legs felt like they were gonna give out at times) and then ran back w/ add. iced after. sad day in the running dept. but im gonna get better
