am- goooooooooooooooood rant sesh run about my dolfin argument and the country music awards (which are tonight and if they end up sucky im gonna be maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad)
pm- bomb workout todayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. not easy but not hard just right in the middle. 5*3:45 reps at 5k pace. suuuuuuuuuuper gooooooooood workout and good pack for part of it. pushing at the end used to not be my favorite but now when we hit 30 seconds left i sprint as fast as i can and its my favvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv part :)) super proud of jada. shes a beast
i had kindof a bummer day (not as bad as one persons day tho haha#prayferlogan) i injured 2 people and ate soap #bumma.
