am- missed my ride by 4 minutes so i missed morning practice :/ #bumma but i gotta sleep in a whole hour and i still got my run in :)) first part of the run however i was running so slow that it was like a walk jog thing cuz i was limping hard core and going realllllllllllllll slow cuz my knee hurt sooooooooooooo bad. felt a bit better towards the end and my pace improved lol but still a bit of pain. #bumma cuz i didnt have time to ice cuz of #school ill do it tonight. sad thing tho after i went back to sleep at like 6:15 i had some weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeird dreams. the first one was alllllllllllllllllllllllll about cafe rio. i just wanted to go there soooooooooooooo bad. and guess what? i never did :'( my next dream was all about ants. it was horrible (at the time) so we had people over at my house and so we were outside on the swingset (which was on the front lawn) and then brook ran out and yelled somethin at us and julien yelled to me what she said and then he told me again cuz i had no clue what he was saying and then he ran into the house and i started to go back and then ants started falling from the sky. like really skinny longish ants. then i was gettin bit all over and i was screamin like a maniac. then we were inside and long trails of ants started to come in and once again i was screaming like a maniac and everybody was like "oh its fine". then my mom sprinkled some salt stuff on the ants and they died and then i went outside and put the salt stuff on all the ants and killed them and there was also these rock lookin thingys and when you put the salt stuff on um theyd turn blue and start glowing and make this noise and then they turned into crawdads that were dead all over my drive way. that was my 2nd bug dream in like a week or two. and i hate bugs :/
pm- goooooooooooooooood harrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrd workout today. 15 warm then 7*3:00minute reps on the grass at the school at 3k pace, 5k, 8k, 5k, 8k, 5k, 3k and then 10 cool. reallllllllll hard but good also and our packing was decent. however i noticed today that we once again really need to work on being positive because it helps you and the whole team when your positive :)) my knee didnt hurt this afternoon but on the cool down my shins hurt a bit. gonna ice a looooooooooooot tonight.
