am- nice chill long run. i almost didnt look at the workout cuz every time i do its the same run as before. however i did check and i literally jumped all around the house cuz i was so happy to have a chill long run hahah. 60 minutes w/ 5 minutes of easy tempo and then straight into 10 minutes of 10 seconds slower than cv pace. just me and ell basically but it was good. 5*30 second hills after and those were fun and easy. they used to seem so hard but now their one of the easiest thing we do i think hahah. good run !!
