am- weights, exercises and iced
pm- idk mileage but about 47 minutes or so 4 me today. honestly felt sooooooooooo good considering how i feel on most thursdays. usually i can do like half of the run and im limping the whole run but today i felt tremendously better. knees still hurt, but not even close to how much they usually do. "hillyish" run today as we went and checked out our hill circuit thingy that were gonna do sometimes. good pace (i think) the whole time and form feeled pretty good. solid run today
oh also some part in my left leg was feelin real weird at school and parts of the run like it was gonna give out on me so that kinda sucked
also today i established that jenna and kylee are my favs
