am- well i came to practice but i most definitely shouldnt have. i felt sooooooooooooooo horrible. i tried to lift some weights but i had to sit down on the floor every second bc i was too week to even stand lol. finally resulted to stretching out in the hall bc at least i could sit down while doing that. skipped out on the run as well
pm- 40 minutes. pretty good run. not a whole lot of body aches or chills today which was good but ive still got a sore throat which makes it hurt rlly bad in my nose and throat when i breathe which sucked. also ive been rlly congested today and have had a suuuuuuuuuuuuuper runny nose but i at least felt a lil better today. we finally got our new uniforms !!! theyre sickkkkkkk
