pm- 66 minutes on the river trail. 5 minutes before practice however to "warm up" my knees. kept a good pace the whole time which i was glad about. various paced repeats throughout which were fine as well. knees felt pretty good today. way out was better than the way back tho, i think they hurt more as i go on but they felt better than usual. also this makes me very sad and happy at the same time but i went the longest ive gone in prolly 2 1/2 weeks or so maybe even 3 so that was good. k thats all. peace out
oh also ive got lots of new exercises to do to help my knees so ill do those later.
