pm- workout wednesday today but did a "modified" workout half w/ alli baker and half w/ coach. idk what the deal was today. the first part of the day i had lots of energy and such and then today in math everybody just struggled. i all of the sudden felt soooooooooooooooooooo tired and caleb even fell asleep (hahah and it was pretty funny tbh). got out to practice at like 52 and layed on the turf for like 15 minutes. finally felt awake once we warmed up and i felt all better haha. workout was pretty good. modifing it made my knees not hurt as much as they usually do which was good but they definently still hurt for most of the workout. 2*(3 min tempo, 2 min thresh, 2 min cv w/ equal recovery) one set w/ al and one with coach. not rlly hard but knees did hurt a bit. cooled down and then iced. oh also when i iced i was coloring my beautiful picture that i had worked hard on in seminary. meanwhile jose was tying my shoelaces together and then rylee dumped both of her ice bags on my head which got my twistables all wet, got me and my hair all wet, and ruined my beautiful picture :(( then some nice people were helping me up and i accidentally smacked my head on the rail and it hurt very much. were having good dinner tonight tho so im happy again. thats all. have a good day :))
