am- exercises and a short run
pm- workout- 10 warm, 5 @ easy tempo, 4*800m @ "cv" (the first was 3:05, second and 3rd were around 2:59 and the last was like a 2:50) all w/ 2 min rec, 2 hill circuits after and a 15 or so minute cool. knees, shins and arches hurt a lot today but its all good.
theres a baseball game tonight and im sooooooooooooo happy cuz baseball games are my fav and i love to go to them hahaha
also today was kinda weird cuz everybody was rlly tired and we usually arent that tired. like we all got lots of sleep and ate and drank enough but like we all fell asleep in school today...
