am- exercises, leg machine thingy and a short run.
pm- good workout in the rainnnnn hahahh. 10 warm, 5 @ easy tempo and then 3*600m @cv pace all w/ 2 min rec, 4*400m @ 3-4 seconds faster than 1600 pace w/ 2 min rec, 4*100m @ 400 pace w/ 2 min rec on 3 and then full on the last one, and then 1*300m @ f-pace, cooled for like 10 minutes after to get to 65 minutes. the rain was freezing and we were completely drenched but it made the workout a lil easier cuz we recovered a lot faster. also since my shirt was soaked it weighed like a billion pounds and down the last 100 meter stretch the wind hit us harddddddd but we altered where we started and avoided it for the most part. pretty satisfied with this workout, it was a good one! i usually dont do to well on the sprints but i stuck in there and tried my very hardest. good workout w/ lottttttttttttts of positives :))
also i had a very traumatic experience at school today and its to hard to write on here or get the full story experience so hmu if ya wanna hear it. no joke i think imma need some counselling after today
