am- long run on the suicidal tendencies trail. it twas good. saw brother black and a really skinny tarantula. i was just runnin and then i went ahhhhhh!! and there was a tarantula. it was really swag. also at the very end of my run i was alone cuz the other girls had a few more minutes then me and i was runnin and i glanced down at my watch for like 2 seconds and i fell :( it was a baby fall but i still scraped up my knee. last year by this time id probably already fell like 20 times but i was doin real good not falling. however that is ruined. bumma bumma. im fallin again :( funny thing tho i fell on my hands and knees and only scraped up my knees (usually its both) and alex fell on his hands and knees and only scraped up his hands. any way thats cool i think.

today we went to the grand canyon. it was really dope. ive been there a few times but it was still really dope. also it was aspens first time so that was really dope to. i almost died however cuz we had to go on a 0.8 mile "hike" to a lookout. i dont like hiking very much. we went to one of the lookouts that we went to a few years ago and last time we were there this lady was yellin at my mom cuz she was letting us hang on the rail. that would be a little frightening if there was a dropoff but there wasnt. at all. theres like a 10 foot slope that i could walk all over and not even slip. good news!! there wasnt a dumb lady yellin at us this time so we hung on the rails and had a jolly good time!! oh also we stopped at jacob lake inn and got cookies of course and we saw mitch's sister. it was cool. oh also we saw a coyote, a dead antelope with its legs sticking in the air, and some deer. it was a very good trip. oh fun fact, we really almost died but my dads a baller so we didnt. ask me if ya wanna hear the story. its not long but i just wanna go to bed so im gonna stop writing. peace out. oh one more thing before i go, nick said he became famous in el salvador because he was on the news. hes so swag :)

am- weights and a baby run :)

pm- workout at bloomington hills. i used to dread these workouts last year and theyre still not my favorite thing cuz im not a big fan of the location however ive learned to not really sweat um and just go do it. it works out real good. also staying positive. that helps quite a bit ;) 4*4:30 reps. they were good. the pack was alright at the first and then just withered away. bummer especially from last weeks epic pack but we'll keep workin on it. pushed with jace. shes a beast and really helped me a lot.

first i went to practice. then i went and got ready for the day and then ate my delicious breakfast. then i went and showed the school to this new girl from maui and that was dope. then i went to jewlery. i didnt do very good in there. next i went to health. we had our really big project due and we had to present today. i was super nervous but i didnt fall on the way up and i think i did an alright job. then i went to biology and we didnt really do anything, which is realllllllll good. then i ate more delicious food for lunch and bought some m n m's funded by jose cuz i gave him my pretzels. then i went to math. we played kahoot for our warmup and it took only about 50 minutes and then we just went over the previous homework and that was all. also we got noooooooooooooo homework !!!!!!!! and my medical math packet wasnt due in health cuz we didnt have time which is super good !!!!! then i went to foods. thats all im gonna say about that. then i went home, ate some more delicious food and then went and did a swag workout and then played with neptune while we cheered on the racers. today was gooooooooooooood.

am- 20 minute easy run. today was super super good cuz nobody got mad at me for wanting to go fast and instead they were pushing the pace and everybody went fast. it was suuuuuuuuper good.

pm- ran through green springs and stopped at mi casa to drink some hose water. it was muy delicioso! hard run today however everybody was still really pushing and we packed fairly well i might say :) 8 striders after. they were dope. my legs havent hurt very much for quite a while but they hurt a bit at the beginning of the run but as we ran they felt better same thing happened in the morning as well. also my hip was hurting a titch :( i never know when its gonna hurt. its been hurting off and on since february after the half marathon. then sometimes itll just hurt a little or some times itll hurt too much to even walk. i especially hurts after longer things. not long runs but like longer races. which is funny cuz the 3 mile doesnt usually hurt it but after some 3200's and the half marathon i couldnt even walk. which also is a bummer cuz those are like my favorite races. luckily today wasnt super bad but it is a bummer its comin back. usually tho if it starts hurtin i just take some ibuprofen and within the next few days it wont hurt as much.

today was sorta a bummer but sorta not. half and half

started out with the normal run, and eating food except my food wasnt delicious like yesterday. language arts was good tho, we just wrote definitions and stuff and read a book. seminary was good except i forgot about the joy scripture thingy so i didnt get a rice krispy treat, thats ok tho cuz theyre unheathy ;) then i went to spanish. it wasnt as swag as usual but we had mr harrison as a sub and hes cool. lunch was half and bummer and half not. i didnt have a lunch today so i just ate school breakfast and saved my other breakfast to eat for lunch. all my friends had meetings tho so i ate a poptart in coaches room by myself for lunch :( but then... everybody came back halfway through lunch and we played hangman played with quarters and had a jolly good time!! math was acually good today cuz we did work that i could acually do and I CAN ACUALLY DO THE HOMEWORK!!! i think. pe was good to. we werent very good at volleyball today but it was realllyyyyyyyyyyyy fun! then practice was dope. then i went home and then i fell asleep. i missed young womens cuz i was asleep and when i woke up i went and made some quesidillas and brook brought me a cookie from young womens. now im sitting here writing this and now im gonna go back to sleep. peace out. 

also today was good cuz PEOPLE ARE BLOGGING AGAIN!!! and i literally check everybodys blogs everyday and it makes me sad when theres not a post cuz i have nothing else to do and i love to read the blogs. now i can :)

am- weights and a little runnnnnnn. the weight room was CROWDEDDDDDD but its ay-ok cuz i still got most of my stuff done.

pm- ran into washington. good run. kept it chill and it was good. did some 200's after and they were funnnnnnnnnnn.

jewlery was good today. i finally was able to make a few things and not mess up every time :/ then we got tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooons of medical math and its suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper hard. hmu if ya wanna help me on it :))) biology was biology. lunch was realllllllllllllll good and i ate some delicious quesidillas. math was pretty good acually. we didnt do much math which is why it was good! foods was foods. i hate foods and mrs you know who was not in the very best mood today. however we had a good run after and a team dinner in 30 minutes. today was muy bueno. oh also im super excited for murray tomorrow !!!!!!!

am- short run and yoga with my favorite person in the world...figi. oh! guess what?? on a regular morning practice day, me and alex usually leave at 6:05 ok. well today i woke up at 6:07. it was a real bummer...for a second. i set my alarm and woke up but then i turned it off and fell back asleep and then woke up again, at 6:07. i hurried and sprung out of but and looked at my watch and was like "oh no! i cant get left today!!" i ran out of my room and my dad was coming down stairs to see where i was and he was like "you better hurry youre gonna get left" and i was like "heck no i aint" and i hurried and brushed my teeth, grabbed my shoes and bag and left at approximently 6:09. we made it to practice all fine and dandy however i got like 5 minutes into the run and i had to flip back cuz i really had to go to the bathroom cuz i didnt have time before. then i ran back out to the girls and then just had to run like 40 seconds on my own. that is my "oh! guess what." after that swell run we had swell yoga, and then went on a swell bus ride to salt lake babay.

pm- warmed up like 20 minutes around the course and checked out the little part they added. quick side note. last year we finished our warm up put on our spikes as fast as we possibly could ran to the start and then were like ok were good. but then we couldnt hear what the announcer dude was saying, like i didnt even know he was talking, and then the gun shot off and no one (not just us, like lots a teams) was even like in a starting motion or anything ya know. and we were like oh the race started. we better start running! this year was MUCH BETTER. much better cuz i dont like when that stuff happens. anyway after our warm up we put on our spikes and i had plenty of time. which is good cuz it takes me quite a while cuz i tie them 4-5 times and then tuck the laces under each other. then we went to the start did some agilities, stides, said a prayer, did some cheers (ours was the best i think ;)) and then the announcer dude started talking and we could hear him !! (for the most part) then the race started and i was like leading the race for a sec. i dont know if i shoulda done that or not but whats done is done. then some girls passed me a bit and i really tried to stick with um. sorta did sorta didnt. felt pretty tired down the finishing stretch but finished 8th and got 17:37. i think i coulda given more (especially cuz when i saw the clock i went faster. i shoulda been going that already) but it was a good race. one thing im acually really really bummed about is that the course was like barely off of 3 miles. i thought it was 3 miles but apparently it wasnt and thats a real bummer cuz that means i dont have a new 3 mile pr but its ay-ok. our pack definently needs some work (as well as my spelling) and i really hope that we can fix it. we gotta work real hard if we want it to improve... (now read saturdays blog) acually this is a bummer cuz im almost positive youll read this 2nd. thats ok. you get the point.

*imagine this in my voice otherwise it probably wont make any sense whatsoever. 

oh a few cool things i forgot to mention. i hung out with my bff neptune today. got a dope swag shirt (with a v-neck :(( thats ok tho cuz its still a swag shirt). and rylee found a cool snake and named it roberta and i got to play with it for a sec. it was funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

am- not really sure on mileage but heres a guess that may or may not be close. goooooooooooooood run this morning. 60 minutes with 213212 pickups over at sugar house park. man ive acually missed this place quite a lot :// ran for like 20 minutes and then chatted with coach and then did pick ups. i was acually very very happy to have this chat. it was about doing what were supposed to be doing and if we acually want to reach our goals or not. i really think it was something everybody needed to hear. i feel like we do try to tell people this but they dont really listen since were not the coaches. so im really glad that coach brought it up for everyone to hear. it really made me want to push more and more. i really wanna reach some sick dawg goals this year. after that chat i think it really clicked in peoples minds and our pack was pretty decent. even tho all of the pick ups were good my favorite one by far was where pyper, jada, gracie, alli, sarah and ness led the pack. they kept an awesome pace and really pushed that pick up (as well as all of the rest)!! also right before that caroline and me were leading on the rest part and she said does anybody want to lead. if you want to lead you need to get in the front, you gotta want it. and ya know what?? all those girls sped up to the front and led that pick up (that i just talked about) and did an awesome awesome job!! they really proved that they want to do their very best and improve. so many girls really pushed it today!! #proud. anyway the pick ups felt real nice. my shoes got soaked but it was a real gooooooooooooooooooooood run!! then we went back to the hotel ate some yummy waffles and then drove home. missed ell, brianna and jacey but it was still a really swag ride. 

s/o to neptune tha god cuz hes like my bff and his wings are injured :(( plz pray for him.

also s/o to everybody cuz your races esterday were realllllllllllllllllllll dope.

*one last also. just in case your wondering. these 2 blogs (friday and saturday) have literally taken me over an hour to compose (not write, these are works of art). man fast running blog is swaggggggggggggg.

do me a favor. if you acually read all of this, comment that you did cuz i want to know if its even worth spending an hour writing these beautiful bogs if nobodys gonna read um.
