am-weights and a 15 minute run. And I found a tennis ball. I like these mornings:)
pm-4, 1200 repeats at BHNP. My legs were very very very tired, but it felt good. Wonderful 1st one! Faster then my target time. 2nd one right on target time. 3rd one was a few seconds slow. 4th one was back on target time.(target time=4:48) I think we did a pretty good job packing and good job to Jacey for absolutely dominating that last repeat! Also I found another tennis ball and... Me and Caroline worked very hard and finally got the whole baseball we found yesterday torn apart and got the little bouncy ball out. It was very fun.
