am- few miles in the school cuz there was lightning outside. #bumma cuz i wanted to run in the rain

pm- sandhill!! i was excited for this but also not cuz its really really hard. made it up in 10:46 and down in 6:24. new record for me for the uphill but not for the down lol. the down was really hard today cuz there were footprints and i kept rollin my ankles and tripping every step haha. 1st girl up and down  as well with the baker sisters and then holt sisters right behind! everybody did real good today! pushed as hard as i could and it was a good ol time.

am- weights and a 15 minute run

pm- 55 foremaster loop. tried to keep the pace good and chill and it was alright. better then usual but still fast. we gotta figure out how to chill as a group so that we can actually recover haha

am- 20 minute run and plyos

pm- weber Wednesday haha. I made myself a nice weber singlet, it's very swag. me and ry are the only ones that participate but it's still swaggyyyyy. also workout Wednesday. 10 warm, 5 easy tempo, 7*3minutes at 3k, 5k, 8k, 5k, 8k, 5k, 3k pace with equal recovery. I've been really sore and tired this week and i thought this was gonna be soooo hard but it was just sorta hard and sorta easy. good workout and good pack and good day k bye

who remembers back in the day when I would get 300+ viewers on my blog?? I do. it was swag. i spent at least an hour a day on my blog lol. my blogs were kinda stupid but people kinda liked some of um. well now no one looks at my blog so that's cool k bye

am- weights and a baby run

pm- easy run. FINALLY CHILLED haha. I love going fast on every run even when people get mad at me and I do it quite often. however, this past week I've been soooo sore and my legs have been soooo tired. robs said we just need to learn how to chill. today i decided i was not gonna kill it and dont get me wrong we def still had a good pace but we took it down a notch and finally recovered a little haha. me and ry tried to catch some lizards but missed um #bumma. went my very least favorite run ever but today I was actually positive about it and it was aight.

am- 20minutes easy and yoga. also did plyos cuz the blog said to do them but apparently we weren't supposed to haha

pm- 55 minutes. we were gonna chill and recover today but it turned into a suuuper fast progression run. I ain't complainin tho cuz we got to go my fav way (Turkey farm) and go fast and I like that. 6 striders after. also I've really been working on having better form this week and it's getting a lot easier so that's good

am- 70 minutes at 5 in the morning with ry and py before ry took took the act. my hamstrings reallyyyyy hurt but I guess that cuz weve done runs with huge hills everyday lol. ran from gs park into middleton and over the gs hill and back.

brook had her 1st volleyball game today and she did sooo good. shes a beast. also its swag hell raisers b day!!!! go check him out at nickhill.fastrunningblog.com haha. hes swag. happy 21st
