I made myself a nice weber singlet, it's very swag. me and ry are the only ones that participate but it's still swaggyyyyy. also workout Wednesday. 10 warm, 5 easy tempo, 7*3minutes at 3k, 5k, 8k, 5k, 8k, 5k, 3k pace with equal recovery.
