am- good run w/ jace, ry, py and robs! miss the crew but its kinda nice to all be in one conversation and stuff haha. slowish pace kinda but my legs are soooooooooooooooo tired and they hurt a lot so it felt good to chill a bit

pm- decent lil run with a few kids but everybody was not feeling good or hurt or something so by the end of the run it was just me ry and py lol. few striders after. they were fine. hard but fine. my legs are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sore and soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired as ive mentioned before. hopefully they can stop it so we can have a beasttttttttttttttt workout tomorrow.

fun fact: a few days ago my blog broke 200 viewers lol. thanks for viewing my blog home dawgggggggggggggggggggs

pm- short, chill run with ness, jace, ry, py and robs. good run but my legs are SOOOOOO SORE AND I THINK IM GONNA DIE. hopefully not tho :))

sad thing is that most of the team isn't going to FL so I don't rlly get to see um all that much #bumma

pm- short lil workout. 4*400's with random surge zones. pretty easy, good workout and me ry had a fabulous time ranting about math which we LOVE SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH

pm- few loops on the track and then me ry and py did 800 loops on the grass. fun run. i love running w ry and py. theyre fun kids :)) my legs dont hurt anymore so thats good but ive been feelin pretty wiped out these past few days. hopefully ill be alllllllllllllllllllllllllllll pumped up for footlocker tho

also today was real good. my lunch was kinda good, IM UNDERSTANDING MATH (a little), and my swag shoes came today !!! they were supposed to come tomorrow and since we're leaving tomorrow i wouldnt get um tell sunday buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut the ups dudes we're nice and drove real fast so i got my shoes today :))
