pm- 30 on the bike and 30 running. ran with some of the fast girls and it was soooo hard but good also

pm- 25 on the bike and then a 30 minute run by myself. slowly coming back from muscle tears in both of my calves. i legit have nothing to do bc I'm like done with school and i remembered how much i love blogging so that's why I'm here again lol.

30 on lower and back through the golf course and i didn't get lost and I'm #proud. also did it the fastest ive ever done it so that's just swell

pm- 30 on the bike and then an easy 30 with the girls. it was so good. ran with billie on the way back and talked about cop stuff and it was awesome

am- 30 on the bike and 30 around the neighborhood. super tired towards the end but that's cuz i got antsy and the pace was a lil fast. so freezing this morning but nevertheless i survived and it was real good.

am- 45 bike, 15 elliptical and 30 run. took it easier on the run part today and it was fab. also freezing tho and my hands almost fell off but then they started dripping sweat. weird.
