pm- 25 on the bike and then a 30 minute run by myself. slowly coming back from muscle tears in both of my calves. i legit have nothing to do bc I'm like done with school and i remembered how much i love blogging so that's why I'm here again lol.
30 on lower and back through the golf course and i didn't get lost and I'm #proud. also did it the fastest ive ever done it so that's just swell
