am- pt and then 20 bike, 15 elliptical and 30 run. pretty disappointed bc i was supposed to run 40 today and my leg started killinggggg. so bad that i thought i wasn't gonna make it back to my car lol. things were going so good and now there's another issue but its ok things are gonna be fine i bet.
played pickleball and just dance later and it was soooooooo fun
