am- weights, exercises and skipped out on the run cuz my knees are #killing me today :((
pm- sprint warmups, distance warmups, jumpy fast thingys and beast and feast thennnn 30 minutes on the football field with alli and boston. iced after too. i rlly hate cutting minues but ive realized that ive been icing and doing exercises for 4 months and ive still got tendonitus. obviously its not working so i better try somethin else. also i think im starting to get plantar fasciitis in my left arch so that sucks and i might get some inserts to help that
