pm- beast and feast 2*(10sec w/ 20sec rec) and then 60 with 2*(1, 1, 2 minute) pickups. into washington and back by the rec and then back onto telegraph if that makes any sense lol. good run. it was cloudy and felt good and we all had a good time and kept it quick. also robs got to run with us for a sec which was good. i miss him on our runs.

pm- 15 warm and a few strides and then the 6 minute test. it went pretty good. i thought i was gonna be able to do better but its good for now. ill just do better next time. 20 minute cool down after and man was i sore geez. lifted after. i havent squated in like a year and a half cuz of my back and knees but finally started those up again and it felt good.

pm- run up at mustang pass. kept it pretty chill bc all of us were really sore and tired from yesterday haha. good day to relax and recover. pretty good run besides the fact that i hate trails haha

pm- ran to the hill and then a few strides, one hill circuit and ran back. I usually love hill circuits and I was excited to do um again but I felt the most dead I've ever felt before. i felt like I was just gonna pass out on the way up and on the way down I didnt feel like my legs could even hold me up. felt a lot stronger on the striders before and after but so weak on the hills. I ate good and got lots of sleep and I even did some hill stuff over the break just by pushing up fire station and stuff but idk it was horrible haha.
