am- short run. i was a lil late and i woke up feeling sick and terrible so it wasnt the best run. took a nap in the locker room after for like 50 minutes and i still feel rlly bad so thats cool
pm- i honestly felt sooooooooooooooo terrible alllllllllllllll day. chills, body aches, sore throat, mucus all that sucky stuff. so if you thought i was faking i literally was not lol. tried to do as much running as i could, but 15 minutes was the limit. #bummer
