| | pm- 25 on the bike and then a 30 minute run by myself. slowly coming back from muscle tears in both of my calves. i legit have nothing to do bc I'm like done with school and i remembered how much i love blogging so that's why I'm here again lol.
30 on lower and back through the golf course and i didn't get lost and I'm #proud. also did it the fastest ive ever done it so that's just swell
abs and lifting after
i don't have any cool stories rn but ill be sure to tell them when i do cuz I'm sure u want to hear them

| | am- 30 on the bike and 30 around the neighborhood. super tired towards the end but that's cuz i got antsy and the pace was a lil fast. so freezing this morning but nevertheless i survived and it was real good.

| | am- pt and then 20 bike, 15 elliptical and 30 run. pretty disappointed bc i was supposed to run 40 today and my leg started killinggggg. so bad that i thought i wasn't gonna make it back to my car lol. things were going so good and now there's another issue but its ok things are gonna be fine i bet.
played pickleball and just dance later and it was soooooooo fun

oh except last night we decorated cookies and took them to our neighbors and teammate neighbors and they were all so happy and that was swag that's all bye
