am- 1st time trail of the year! i puked a lot, wow thats gonna become a tradition if i dont quit puking hahaha. started out up with caroline, jacey, and sarah and then i puked for a bit and fell way back. good news is that after i finished puking i felt way way better. tried to catch back up to where i was but just couldnt do it. finished 6th. literally this year was just a repeat of last year. but thats ok cuz now im even more excited for cedar all-comers to redeem myself of today hahaha.

  • fun fact - i was puking up applesauce i think

also super good job to all the freshman cuz they killed it !!

pm- 25 minutes at camp!

also im guessing on the mileage cuz i have no clue

am- 25 minutes on the dope trail

pm- swag workout. warm up and then 4, 5, 4, 5 minutes at 8k pace with equal recovery. part up hill which was tough but it was goooooooooooooooooooood. 

then partied in the lake and ate yummy foooooooooood.

am- idk what mileage cuz my watch was almost dead. 50 minute hilly run. way easier then last year for me and i felt real goooooooooooood.

also camp was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper dope.

am- idk the miles again cuz i still didnt charge my watch. slept through my alarm and woke up at like 8. wanted to keep sleeping but i also just wanted to go get my run done. so i sorta gotta sleep in haha. 40 minutes total with 8 striders. shortest run for a while and it was gooooooooooood.
