75 minute epic run today. went under the new underpass up turkeyfarm road, it twas dope. we had some pick ups as well and they were also epic. perfect weather and i felt great. we sang lion king songs as well and that was gr8, were pretty pro singers. best long run of the year.

am- ran my first half marathon today!!! it was pretty dang dope on a rope. i was freezing at the first, but we all ditched our jackets by mile 2 so that was good. the miles flew by and before i knew it, it was mile 9 and my dope dad was there to run the rest of the race w/ me. he sure helped me a lot :) i felt super good the whole way and i only started to feel it at like mile 12. ended up with a time of 1:28:09, 7th overall female, 28th overall, and first in my age group (1-14 girls). there was only 2 people in my group tho so yeah, haha. any way pretty dope day. good job to everyone!

am- morning long run @5:30. had a hard time getting up cuz my bed was soooooooo cozy, but im glad i did:). ran on telegraph and then convinced roberts to let us turn right and head toward sullivan. had 1, 2, 1, 2, 1 (i think) pick-ups along the way and those felt good. ran up the trail at sullivan and did our pick-ups and than flipped it around and headed back. ended up going a little over our minutes (80 minutes instead of 75) but it felt good and it was a gr8 run.

pm- easy 20 minutes because of our long run in the morning. it was good but i legit cannot remember where we ran lol. came back to the hs and ran a little w the youngsters and by golly those little k-2 girls are really fast.

am- weights and a short run. they were both perty good. 

 

pm- workout today w a total of 65 minutes. warmed up for 10 minutes, tempoed for 5 minutes on the track, did four 1200's @cv pace, and cooled to time which was like 13 minutes to be precise. the first 1200 was pretty dang hard but we all survived and continued our workout. also it was super super hot and so yeah. i dont know bout any body else, but to me the workout seemed to get easier as we did more so that was great. plus some clouds went over the sun on the last one and it was lovely thing to do on their part. hard workout but it was good and besides my legs being a little tired it felt good.

pm- 45 minutes + 6 striders. total 50 minutes. my legs still felt super tired but it was a good run and the striders felt good.

pm- 45 minutes total with four 200's. the 200's felt super good and on the run my legs were still tired but it was super fun cuz it rained right before we ran and i jumped in all the puddles :)

pm- workout. 3*85second hills and 4*800m. it was hard but all the girls and coach helped me and encouraged me to stay up with them. also my hip and leg have been hurtin but their feelin a bit better so thats goooooooood.

am- missed practice on accident but did a dope 20 minute run w/ my dad. nice to just have a chill easy run talkin with my dad:) 

pm- warmed up 15 minutes with a few pick ups here and there and then went and ran my best race all track season. pr'ed by about 5 seconds and state qualified for the 1600 by place and time! felt super good to finally preform well and have all of my hard work pay off. also i finally had a good kick at the end which helped me pass some girls for a 3rd place finish. got a dope swag metal and a big smile on my face for the whooooooole day. afterwards i cooled down with my homie dawg ellie for 30 minutes and that was dope as well.

am- weights and a chill 15 minute run

pm- warmed up 15 minutes and ran the 3200. it was good. time wasn't super great but i felt like a pushed hard and did good. also hung out with my friend neptune, he's an eagle.

am - 1600m @ state track. woke up pretty nervous for my race but as it got closer I was less and less nervous which was gooooood. had a good start to the race and used my boney elbows to my advantage haha. led for a bit with Caroline but fell back a little around the 2nd & 3rd laps. tried to kick the last lap like Nick and Alex do and was in 4th with 100 meters to go. Kasie and Laney were battling each other and passed me at the end but finished with a new pr and got a 6th place medal. felt good and it was soooooo fun. also me jada and caroline got a picture w/ hunter woodhall :)))

am- 3200m @ state track. warmed up with the crew and then ran out to the starting line. did the famous tuna wiggle and had nick's essence with me the whooooooole time. tried to stick with the top group (mic, bailey, and sam) for as long as i could. started to fall off of the top girls around the end of the 6th lap but kept pushing and finished in 4th place with a 16 second pr. chilled and got super sun burnt the rest of the day and that was dope. also s/o to josie cause i love her and running with her and im gonna miss her quite a lot. good job to everybody who competed. state was sooooooooooooo fun and i cant wait for next year!!!

am- 1st day of practice!! it was dope. 30 minutes by maverick and onto that swag trail a little. I felt kinda like a robot the whole time because of the break and my knees really hurttttt but it was good to run again cuz then I don't feel lazy. also I really missed all've my running buddies. SO HAPPY THAT XC IS HERE!!!

am- 35 minutes with 15 on the road 15 grass and 6 dope striders. felt like a robot again at the first of the run and my legs really hurttttt but they actually stopped hurting like a fourth into the run and felt almost back to normal :)) kids club after was dope as well. I'm coaching 3-4 grade girls w/ ry, alli, maddy, and j dawg. few sassy ones but they're all pretty swagggg. didn't do much running at kids club cuz me and ry were doing paper stuff the whole time but it was swag. also s/o go alli b cuz she was so good with the kids and kept them entertained the whole time :))

also happy day cuz it's my 1 year anniversary on the blog :)

am- 40 minutes on the turtle trail. my legs & knees still hurt a bit at the beginning but they felt back to normal for the rest of the run. had some good conversation and a goooood time. also shoutout to j money cuz she is doing sooooooo good!

am- 30 minutes on telegraph and up to maverick a bit. felt a little bad at the beginning but that stopped after a few minutes. good little group with us and we kept a fast pace the whole time. finished up with 8 striders and they felt really good. nice to finally feel in shape and back to normal. mostly. 

today's s/o goes to maycee because she is super swag and also she told us she was going to try to stay with the pack for at least 15 minutes and she stayed right in the pack the ENTIRE time!

am- 45 minutes starting at Sullivan then up on the roller coaster hills and finished up on the road. felt pretty good but right as we got off the trail my back was really hurting. luckily towards the end it felt a little better. good group and a good hard run.

am- ran up to the dirt mile and warmed up for 20 minutes and then picked up the pace (sorta a tempo but not quite as fast) for 25 minutes. felt real good until the last 2 minutes going straight into the wind but we finished strong and then ran/ cooled down back to the school for 15 or so minutes. good hard run :)

am- 15 road run 15 grass run w/ 6 striders. felt good however the grass was really hurting my feet because it was freezing and it felt like I was stepping on nails when my feet are numb. chickened out and put my shoes on halfway through the grass run and then my feet felt goooooood. kids club after. it was good.

am- good to be back and run w/ my buddies :) hard long run today into hells hole and up for a while on the Sullivan trail and then some more places and then back to the school. 70 minutes w/ 4*1minute pickups. the pickups were tough but it helped me to push and stay up with the girls. my legs kinda hurt and it was pretty dang hard but what doesn't kill ya makes ya stronger. am I right or am I right ;)

kids club after was swag. it was really hot but we did some fun stuff. me and alli created a dope obstacle course which was epoccccc. one of the girls kept screaming randomly but that's ok, she's cool.

 

pm- weights. and it was good cuz now I can kinda sorta bench 2.5's ;) haha. also roberts had some wise words for us all and they were swag. 

In conclusion: go running and come to weights where you will get buff and hear some wise words.

am- 80 minutes & 4*1 minute pick-ups//ran in a giant loop that was dope but kinda hard to explain. up to green springs park and then back on telegraph and then flipped on telegraph and ran back to the school. hard run but we kept a fast pace and a good pack! last 10 minutes were tough tho cuz i had less minutes therefore I had finish up solo and had no one to help push me. however that made me very grateful for the 70 minutes that I had runnin w/ my homies. 

tip of the day: run in a group and drink lottttttttttttts of water :)

am- tempo todayyyyyy! 20 minutes warm up then 25 tempo and cooled like 15 :)) hard workout but it was good. had a good, tight pack which was real good :) were working on having at least 5 girls pushing in the top pack the whole time (because top 5 score ya know). holt & Roberts helped to keep us positive and to stay with the pack and that helped a lot. during the last 10 minutes I kept tripping on all've the rocks lol but I hung in there and we finished w/ a good group of girls. 

pm- weights & a 15 minute chill run. kind of a recovery run from this morning which was goooooooooooood.

am- first run as a 15yr old lol but it was a goooooooooood one! probaby the best long run I've had so far. not saying it was easy (cuz it wasn't) but it was good. my legs felt tired and all and my stomach hurt part of the time but somehow I wasn't slowing down or anything. the hills were tough but we just partied down the down hills and pushed it up the uphills. also the pickups were good as well. super hot and super tired but for some reason it was a super good run !!!

also heres a fun fact. last week when i was camping i lit the camp chef and it like went crazy for a sec and the fire touched my hands and burnt off my hand hair.

am- swag run down hell hole. had 60 minutes but ended up going 70 haha. two, ten minute reps of tempo with five minutes cool in between. i was doin good but then my ankle hurt real bad and i thought there was a rock or something in my shoe so i stopped to get it out but turns out it was a blister and it really hurtttttttttttttt. hard run, but at the same time easy as well.

 

pm- partied w/ ell, ad, and jos and ate lots and lots of foooooooooooooooooood and then went running (not the best idea to eat tooooooooooooooooons of food right before hahaha) with them + alli and a cool dog named casper that shes taking care of :))

pm- swagggggggggggggggggggggg first race !!! had a gooooooooood start (sorry if i elbowed you) and got into a good position with my home dawg caroline. led the whole entire race with caroline which was super swag cuz we really helped & pushed each other. ended the race with my first win and a pretty decent time for the 1st race. gooooooooooood job to everybody !! it was sooooooooooooo fun !!!

pm- ran up delano peak for renegade camp. fun, sorta easy sorta not run! saw some dope mountain goats and some sickkkkkkkkk views. when we got to the top it started raining & i thought i was gonna die of hypothermia cuz my arms were turning red and splotchy but i didnt so thats good :) gooooooooooood gooooooooooood run !!  50 to 60 mins (idk tho)

pm/am- dopest run everrrrrrrrrrrr !!! ended up not doing belknap and baldy and instead we ran in the middle of the night and saw TONS of shooting stars. also it felt superrrrrrrrrrrrr good and when we got back, we ate delicious ice cream and then went to bed late and slept in !!! 60 mins

am- ran into washington, down firestation hill, and went up greensprings for a sec and then went back to the hs. good long run however roberts was gone and i didnt do as well as i should have. but i WILL get better and do what im supposed to even when nobody is there to tell me what to do. because if i wanna accompish our sick dawg goals then i gotta be doing what i am supposed to do. anyway good run with some tempo at the end. when we started the tempo, addi, jacey, and ellie picked it up like they were supposed to and i wasnt quite into it yet and before i knew it they were wayyyyyyyyyyy ahead of the rest of us. after i finally came to my senses and realized that thats where i was supposed to be i caught up and went with them for the rest of the tempo and added 5 minutes after everybody finished to make up for what i had slacked on. felt really bad for slacking at the first but im gonna work on it and make sure im always doing/being my best. 80 mins

pm- 20 minutes on the baseball field.

 

also on our morning run rylee fell hard core (pray for her) and when we got back and we examined her gushing limbs we saw a cut which was really wide and i think i should be a doctor cuz i said that looks like itll need sitches. and it did. which btw is not a good thing, its very sad and i feel bad for my dear rylee but now i think i should be a doctor. or an injury psychic, thatd be way doper accually. ill be that instead.

am- 15 minute run with brianna, jace, ness, and roberts then weights after. attempted 2.5's today on the bench. man im gonna be sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ripped some day. MORE ripped i guess cuz im pretty dang ripped currently. hahahahaha jk. in my dreams tho.

Today we had to give an easy peasy presentation in intro to heath science and i was like cool cuz i like to give presentations. however my class doesnt talk AT ALL and its really quiet and akward and mr miller doesnt talk at all either cuz he doesnt like sophomores. well any way when he called my name to go up and present i got out of my seat, backed up, and fell. i tripped on my backpack and fell backwards into the table behind me (i have a bruise now. its a real bummer). to make matters worse the whole entire class was staring at me silently and they didnt talk or laugh or say anything at all. including mr miller. he just stared at me. if people woulda laughed i woulda been fine cuz then i would just laugh too cuz i embarass myself all the time and thats what i do. but everyone just stared at me as i got up and walked to the front of the classroom. then i said sorry really akwardly and then did my presentation. wow it was like in the movies when someone falls in front of the whole class. i guess i should be in a movie. acually no cuz im gonna be an injury psycic.

am- weights and a short run. tried benching 2.5s again. man i am just getting soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo swoll.

pm- 45 minutes through middleton. goooooooooooooooooood run and i got to see the freaking huge fishes that i love to see. 

because i know y'all LOVE to hear about my day, ill tell ya. well today was just swell. the locker room is always packed on weight days but its whatever i just got ready real fast and went upstairs to eat my delicious reeses puffs. then i went to language arts and we had to number a whole ton of pages in our notebooks and it took forever and i got a paper cut that hurt really bad. then i went to seminary. it was dope. then spanish was just fabulous. me and rylee had a real good time. next i ate some delicious food for lunch and got my ugly i.d. card. i look like a goose. then i went to math. we had a sub. i didnt know how to do the problems cuz math is hard and ya know what the sub said, she said, "this is due tomorrow so you better work on it" i said "i dont know how to do them" and she said "well you better get some help" HELLOOOOOOOOOO! YOURE SUPPOSED TO HELP ME! well after that i went to pe and had a jolly good time and balled it up in volleyball. well that was my day i hope you enjoyed it :)

first we went on a swag run as mentioned above and did yoga with figiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. then we partayed in the locker room like usual and it was a jolly good time. then i ate a donut for donut friday and had alex colton and parker help me with math cuz i suck at it. but im getting better so its ok. then i went to jewlery. man i think im probably the worst jewlery maker out there. we didnt even make anything really we were just practicing stuff by twisting some wire into this dope thing and putting a bead on it. i failed big time. it looked like it had gone through the blender. then i went to intro to health. bad news we had to present again. good news i didnt fall this time so that was just fabulous. then i had biology. i dislike biology very much. then i went to durangos with caroline maycee ellie and brianna. it was swag except i was trying to open the tin thingy (cuz i had put a lid on it) and kinda scratched up my finger and it bled a titch and it hurts but it ay-ok. then i went to math. we had a different sub and he knew how to do math and he helped me. good day of math :) then i went to foods. i dislike foods as well. plus the room smells really weired. then i went on a dope swag run with my dope swag friends and found a baby washer and a cool key. thats it. i hope you enjoyed todays blog.

am- good long run this morning. ran foremaster loop, onto the river trail and then finished up with 8 hills by 2450 park. felt really good. also long runs are way way better now. idk why but last year i couldnt stay with the girls the whole time on any long runs even tho i could run the other runs. it kinda sucked a lot cuz a lot a times we'd be running on the river trail and i could barely see the girls in the pitch black and i thought i was gonna die alone on the river trail. now all the sudden its soooooooooooo much easier to stay with them and long runs arent scary hahahaha.

also today was a short day and it was doooooooooooooooooooooope. however my day wasnt that intresting so i dont have a swag swag blog like last week :/

am- 20 minute easy run. man we were cruisin'. my brotha from anotha motha, julien, runs with us sometimes cuz hes injured and he helps us go real fast. its fun to go fast on runs. its usually pretty hard, but i like it :)

pm- WORKOUT WEDNESDAY !!! it was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper hot today, like approximently 111 degrees ! real hot and real hard but a real goooooooood workout !! we packed pretty darn good if i do say so myself and it was just fabulous. 

nothing super cool has happened this week especially when compared to my EVENTFUL week last week lol. but ill tell ya about my day anyway cuz i want my blog to be cool and fun to read :)

well today i first went on a run and we went realllllllllll fast. then we partayed in the lockeroom like always. then i went upstairs and ate some delicious pizza for breakfast. then i went to language arts. its fun my teacher is cool and same with my class. then i went to seminary. my old teacher moved so we had hermano anderson today. hes our new teacher. he also has this swag wire tree thing covered in gum. its kinda gross. then i went to spanish. man spanish is like the dopest class there is. me and rylee always have a jolly good time and i think were senor's favorites ;) oh also i was gonna show him nicks swag video from the el salvador news but then i didnt but then my mom saw his wife today and showed her and she showed him and now hes gonna show it in class so thats swaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag. then i went and ate some yummy food while ellie helped me with my math homework. (s/o to all my math helpers, you guys are cool) then i went to math. i hate math. its very hard and she gives us TONS of homework that is really hard. then i went to p.e. we ran the mile and i didnt know if i should acually run it cuz i had a workout right after but id never not tried my very hardest in the mile so i didnt know what to do. however coach b basically wouldnt let me do it. he had me run the 1st lap to set a good pace for everyone and then he made me stop. it was fantabulous! then i chilled in the lockeroom by myself before the bell rang and then i went to practice and did a very swag workout in the very hot heat. oh then i got home ate dinner did all my things that i needed to do and then went to the store. i drove there. i think im becoming a very skilled driver. thats my day i hope you enjoyed it lol.

ya know what i think. i think i should send these to my language arts teacher. i think she would be very impressed. besides the fact that i dont capitalize, use puncuation, or spell anything right.

pm- 50 minutes on the sullivan trail. i half and half like/dont like this run but it was good today :) quick pace that was pretty tough especially with the heat (and the hills on the way back). man i was really hopin that it was gonna rain today. or at least be a little cloudy but its alright. 

wow a bit of a bummer but currently i have a D in foods and i dont even know why. we took a mini test today on cooking terms and such and i didnt do so well but i have an F on notebook, which i think means i didnt bring my notebook. but i did so thats a bummer. oh but we made some delicious tacos for dinner (meat tacos, not lentil tacos) and my math homework for today is only 10 questions instead of 45 so that is just fabulous :) also i did good in jewlery today and im getting better at catching cherrios in my mouth. today was good.

pm- 15 minute tempo thingy that got faster every 3 or so minutes. it started out real easy but as time went on and we picked up the pace it was pretty tough. especially at the end. my legs felt so tired but the tempo went by really fast so it was gooooooooooooood. the end was good as well because despite being really tired we all really pushed at the end and it felt goooooooooooood. also we kept a super swag pack the whole time and it was dope.

wow today was just great. i got the swag scripture reminder bracelet ive always wanted haha and my team demolished in p.e. volleyball. then i went to the football game and it was sooooooooooo fun. also i got some cool friendship bracelets from my wendys kids meal. they are swag.

am- slept in an left on my run at like 9, and guess what??? it wasnt even hot !!! it felt sooooooooooooooo good and i had a baller run. i usually hate running on my own quite a lot. it just seams to drag on and take foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. but today i went a new way and it was swaaaaaaaaaaaaaag. i went up buena vista blvd and up washington parkway, over the freeway, around the maverik (where i saw elin, laney, and coach and that was swaaaaaaaaaaaag), then i went on the dirt mile for a sec, through the tunnels and back onto buena vista blvd and ran back home. it was a real good run.

am- long run on the suicidal tendencies trail. it twas good. saw brother black and a really skinny tarantula. i was just runnin and then i went ahhhhhh!! and there was a tarantula. it was really swag. also at the very end of my run i was alone cuz the other girls had a few more minutes then me and i was runnin and i glanced down at my watch for like 2 seconds and i fell :( it was a baby fall but i still scraped up my knee. last year by this time id probably already fell like 20 times but i was doin real good not falling. however that is ruined. bumma bumma. im fallin again :( funny thing tho i fell on my hands and knees and only scraped up my knees (usually its both) and alex fell on his hands and knees and only scraped up his hands. any way thats cool i think.

today we went to the grand canyon. it was really dope. ive been there a few times but it was still really dope. also it was aspens first time so that was really dope to. i almost died however cuz we had to go on a 0.8 mile "hike" to a lookout. i dont like hiking very much. we went to one of the lookouts that we went to a few years ago and last time we were there this lady was yellin at my mom cuz she was letting us hang on the rail. that would be a little frightening if there was a dropoff but there wasnt. at all. theres like a 10 foot slope that i could walk all over and not even slip. good news!! there wasnt a dumb lady yellin at us this time so we hung on the rails and had a jolly good time!! oh also we stopped at jacob lake inn and got cookies of course and we saw mitch's sister. it was cool. oh also we saw a coyote, a dead antelope with its legs sticking in the air, and some deer. it was a very good trip. oh fun fact, we really almost died but my dads a baller so we didnt. ask me if ya wanna hear the story. its not long but i just wanna go to bed so im gonna stop writing. peace out. oh one more thing before i go, nick said he became famous in el salvador because he was on the news. hes so swag :)

pm- workout at bloomington hills. i used to dread these workouts last year and theyre still not my favorite thing cuz im not a big fan of the location however ive learned to not really sweat um and just go do it. it works out real good. also staying positive. that helps quite a bit ;) 4*4:30 reps. they were good. the pack was alright at the first and then just withered away. bummer especially from last weeks epic pack but we'll keep workin on it. pushed with jace. shes a beast and really helped me a lot.

first i went to practice. then i went and got ready for the day and then ate my delicious breakfast. then i went and showed the school to this new girl from maui and that was dope. then i went to jewlery. i didnt do very good in there. next i went to health. we had our really big project due and we had to present today. i was super nervous but i didnt fall on the way up and i think i did an alright job. then i went to biology and we didnt really do anything, which is realllllllll good. then i ate more delicious food for lunch and bought some m n m's funded by jose cuz i gave him my pretzels. then i went to math. we played kahoot for our warmup and it took only about 50 minutes and then we just went over the previous homework and that was all. also we got noooooooooooooo homework !!!!!!!! and my medical math packet wasnt due in health cuz we didnt have time which is super good !!!!! then i went to foods. thats all im gonna say about that. then i went home, ate some more delicious food and then went and did a swag workout and then played with neptune while we cheered on the racers. today was gooooooooooooood.

am- 20 minute easy run. today was super super good cuz nobody got mad at me for wanting to go fast and instead they were pushing the pace and everybody went fast. it was suuuuuuuuper good.

pm- ran through green springs and stopped at mi casa to drink some hose water. it was muy delicioso! hard run today however everybody was still really pushing and we packed fairly well i might say :) 8 striders after. they were dope. my legs havent hurt very much for quite a while but they hurt a bit at the beginning of the run but as we ran they felt better same thing happened in the morning as well. also my hip was hurting a titch :( i never know when its gonna hurt. its been hurting off and on since february after the half marathon. then sometimes itll just hurt a little or some times itll hurt too much to even walk. i especially hurts after longer things. not long runs but like longer races. which is funny cuz the 3 mile doesnt usually hurt it but after some 3200's and the half marathon i couldnt even walk. which also is a bummer cuz those are like my favorite races. luckily today wasnt super bad but it is a bummer its comin back. usually tho if it starts hurtin i just take some ibuprofen and within the next few days it wont hurt as much.

started out with the normal run, and eating food except my food wasnt delicious like yesterday. language arts was good tho, we just wrote definitions and stuff and read a book. seminary was good except i forgot about the joy scripture thingy so i didnt get a rice krispy treat, thats ok tho cuz theyre unheathy ;) then i went to spanish. it wasnt as swag as usual but we had mr harrison as a sub and hes cool. lunch was half and bummer and half not. i didnt have a lunch today so i just ate school breakfast and saved my other breakfast to eat for lunch. all my friends had meetings tho so i ate a poptart in coaches room by myself for lunch :( but then... everybody came back halfway through lunch and we played hangman played with quarters and had a jolly good time!! math was acually good today cuz we did work that i could acually do and I CAN ACUALLY DO THE HOMEWORK!!! i think. pe was good to. we werent very good at volleyball today but it was realllyyyyyyyyyyyy fun! then practice was dope. then i went home and then i fell asleep. i missed young womens cuz i was asleep and when i woke up i went and made some quesidillas and brook brought me a cookie from young womens. now im sitting here writing this and now im gonna go back to sleep. peace out.

am- short run and yoga with my favorite person in the world...figi. oh! guess what?? on a regular morning practice day, me and alex usually leave at 6:05 ok. well today i woke up at 6:07. it was a real bummer...for a second. i set my alarm and woke up but then i turned it off and fell back asleep and then woke up again, at 6:07. i hurried and sprung out of but and looked at my watch and was like "oh no! i cant get left today!!" i ran out of my room and my dad was coming down stairs to see where i was and he was like "you better hurry youre gonna get left" and i was like "heck no i aint" and i hurried and brushed my teeth, grabbed my shoes and bag and left at approximently 6:09. we made it to practice all fine and dandy however i got like 5 minutes into the run and i had to flip back cuz i really had to go to the bathroom cuz i didnt have time before. then i ran back out to the girls and then just had to run like 40 seconds on my own. that is my "oh! guess what." after that swell run we had swell yoga, and then went on a swell bus ride to salt lake babay.

pm- warmed up like 20 minutes around the course and checked out the little part they added. quick side note. last year we finished our warm up put on our spikes as fast as we possibly could ran to the start and then were like ok were good. but then we couldnt hear what the announcer dude was saying, like i didnt even know he was talking, and then the gun shot off and no one (not just us, like lots a teams) was even like in a starting motion or anything ya know. and we were like oh the race started. we better start running! this year was MUCH BETTER. much better cuz i dont like when that stuff happens. anyway after our warm up we put on our spikes and i had plenty of time. which is good cuz it takes me quite a while cuz i tie them 4-5 times and then tuck the laces under each other. then we went to the start did some agilities, stides, said a prayer, did some cheers (ours was the best i think ;)) and then the announcer dude started talking and we could hear him !! (for the most part) then the race started and i was like leading the race for a sec. i dont know if i shoulda done that or not but whats done is done. then some girls passed me a bit and i really tried to stick with um. sorta did sorta didnt. felt pretty tired down the finishing stretch but finished 8th and got 17:37. i think i coulda given more (especially cuz when i saw the clock i went faster. i shoulda been going that already) but it was a good race. one thing im acually really really bummed about is that the course was like barely off of 3 miles. i thought it was 3 miles but apparently it wasnt and thats a real bummer cuz that means i dont have a new 3 mile pr but its ay-ok. our pack definently needs some work (as well as my spelling) and i really hope that we can fix it. we gotta work real hard if we want it to improve... (now read saturdays blog) acually this is a bummer cuz im almost positive youll read this 2nd. thats ok. you get the point.

oh a few cool things i forgot to mention. i hung out with my bff neptune today. got a dope swag shirt (with a v-neck :(( thats ok tho cuz its still a swag shirt). and rylee found a cool snake and named it roberta and i got to play with it for a sec. it was funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

am- not really sure on mileage but heres a guess that may or may not be close. goooooooooooooood run this morning. 60 minutes with 213212 pickups over at sugar house park. man ive acually missed this place quite a lot :// ran for like 20 minutes and then chatted with coach and then did pick ups. i was acually very very happy to have this chat. it was about doing what were supposed to be doing and if we acually want to reach our goals or not. i really think it was something everybody needed to hear. i feel like we do try to tell people this but they dont really listen since were not the coaches. so im really glad that coach brought it up for everyone to hear. it really made me want to push more and more. i really wanna reach some sick dawg goals this year. after that chat i think it really clicked in peoples minds and our pack was pretty decent. even tho all of the pick ups were good my favorite one by far was where pyper, jada, gracie, alli, sarah and ness led the pack. they kept an awesome pace and really pushed that pick up (as well as all of the rest)!! also right before that caroline and me were leading on the rest part and she said does anybody want to lead. if you want to lead you need to get in the front, you gotta want it. and ya know what?? all those girls sped up to the front and led that pick up (that i just talked about) and did an awesome awesome job!! they really proved that they want to do their very best and improve. so many girls really pushed it today!! #proud. anyway the pick ups felt real nice. my shoes got soaked but it was a real gooooooooooooooooooooood run!! then we went back to the hotel ate some yummy waffles and then drove home. missed ell, brianna and jacey but it was still a really swag ride. 

s/o to neptune tha god cuz hes like my bff and his wings are injured :(( plz pray for him.

also s/o to everybody cuz your races esterday were realllllllllllllllllllll dope.

*one last also. just in case your wondering. these 2 blogs (friday and saturday) have literally taken me over an hour to compose (not write, these are works of art). man fast running blog is swaggggggggggggg.

am- best long run probably ever in my whole life. i hardcore loved it :) ran to dixie rock, did some hill repeats and ran back. the way there was basically all uphill but it didnt even feel like it (also i couldnt see where i was running so i didnt know i was going uphill haha) the hills were suuuuuuuuuuper good !! different girls took turns leading and they were suuuuuuuuuuuuper goooooooooooooooooooooood. then the whole way back was down hill and it was just great. roberts helped a lot as well cuz when ever a girl would fall off, he would encourage them to push to back to the pack (which was like 15 girls the whole time, and is usually only like 7. max) at the end we pushed the pace and it was sooooooooooooooo good! then at the very end, our time was up but ry said "jess lets get 8.5 miles so we ran like .4 or something more around the parking lot and practiced our hurdling skills over the speed bumps and it was super fun !!

pm- 20 minutes on the grass and a coooooooooooooooooool meeting by decker. good run but my feet are muddy now. maybe i shoulda worn shoes ;)

 

today was reallllllllllllllllllllllllll good. i had a delicious poptart for breakfast and even more delicious homemade pizza for lunch...with pretzels of course and some healthy stuff. i finished all of my jewelry homework and turned it in and im almost finished with my swag bracelet that ill never even consider wearing. intro to heath science was even better cuz i didnt have any time to do my medical math that was due today cuz i was doing jewelry homework and he never asked for it. now i have 2 more days to do it. then we had a dope swag assembly. the guy who talked told us some experiences and things he learned from the military but every time he would talk about them my mind went to running. every single thing he said applied to our team as well. it was pretty dope and i learned lots of stuff. at the end he told us to always give 100% in everything we do and im gonna really try to do that cuz i wanna be a better student, a better runner and many more things toooooooooo. then after that i ate some food that i talked about earlier for lunch. lunch is soooooooooooooooooooo fun !! oh funny story about lunch. i was running down the hallway to go talk to my bff rylee, and i was holding the back of my shirt by my neck so i looked kinda funny. also i didnt have shoes on. like always. i ran into the hall and i was like oh no cuz it was only me and ms comer in the hall. i avoided then i had biology and then i had math. i had a test that i forgot about but i think i did good thanks to all my helpers who teach me how to do math :) then i had foods. this time i knew about our quiz and i got 100% and then we watched part supersize me. its a documentary about obeseity. because some people think you eat mcdonalds every single day and not get obese. so a guy tests that and eats mcdonalds for every meal for a month and if they ask him to supersize it he has too. weve only watched a bit but ive seen it before cuz we watch documentarys about health and stuff all of the time at home hahaha. i dont like this documentary tho, i think its quite discusting. today was good.

wow the coolest thing ever just happened. before i blogged, jose and addi were the only ones who had blogged. i finished and rylee, carson, cooper, dylan, jose and addi had all blogged. TODAY IS THE BEST DAY EVER!!!! now i gotta go cuz i need to read allve these blogs!! also today is the best day ever cuz i blogged and when i blog i jam to country music and its probably my fave part of the day besides lunch :))

am- weights and a run

pm- 50 minutes but ended up more like 54-55. at the beggining we were chillin. like a lot. however some people get upset at me when i try to pick up the pace so i just kept my mouth shut and went with it. then i was runnin with ell and she felt like we were chillin too so we picked up the pace together and our group kept a solid pace the rest of the run. the pack kinda fell apart right before we flipped but we kept it kinda together at the end. definently needs some work tho. hard run today. my legs were super tired but it was good. also we kept pushin when we were tired...CONFIDENCE BABAY !!! 

gonna try to keep my blog...under control. so ill just tell you some highlights of my day hahaha. oh heres is one fabulous thing that wasnt so fabulous for my teacher. well when we were gone on friday for murray i missed a quiz in language arts on the book were reading and she told us we had to do it today during lunch. i really didnt want to of course (plus i am always falling asleep while she reads us the book so i dont know too much about it) but i was like whatever i can get it done with and hopefully then my grade will go up. then i said "how long will it take" and she was like "prolly like 35 minutes or more" and i was like "noooooooooooooooooooooo" cuz i love lunch and i had really good food today that needed the microwave. later during class i was, once again, falling asleep while reading the book and all the sudden i was wide awake cuz she was like freaking out. she accidentally deleted all of the quiz scores for everybody in all of her classes. she felt so bad but it was like the best thing everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! then i didnt have to take the quiz (and i never will) and basically everyone in my class has a A now :))))) this was like the bestest thing to ever happen. oh spanish was good as well. i loooooooooooooooove spanish. its quite fun and me and ry have a jolly good time!! plus i acually knew the stuff he was saying spanish and that was coooooooooool. then...math was bad. i was falling asleep the whole time in their too and i didnt learn anything. to make things worse mrs... (i wont use names ;)) was in a really really bad mood and kept yelling at kids for talking even tho they werent talking that much and and time a kid even looked at a text for like 2 seconds when she wasnt doing anything she yelled at them too. then i was awake completely and my cool friend maddie taught me how to do the hard stuff we learned. after that i balled in volleyball agian. jk i suck but im workin on it lol. its sooooooooooo fun. i cant rlly think of anything else but good luck to all my homies racin tomorrow. ill be cheerin real loud for all yall. just go for it.

am- 20 minutes babyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

pm- workout wednesday !!! todays workout was good. ran over on the sandhollow golf course thingy and then watched the rest of my bffs race afterwards. dude today we ran longer than our long run on monday and ran like 85 minutes hahahaha. thats ok it was gooooooood. at first the course was suuuuuuuuuuper suuuuuuuuuuuuuper confusing but they fixed up a bit and marked it better. also the course felt super long when we did our warm up but good thing is after jadas race she said it didnt feel super long like it did for us so thats good. also they have the little water thingys so you can stay hydrated while you play golf so if ya really wanted to you could just get a drink during your race. that was a joke. dont do that.

today i finished my bracelet in jewelry and now im makin a dope swag chain. also i went to math and got really hard homework and learned absolutely nothing but at least i didnt fall asleep :)) the races today were super fun to watch although they stressed me out sooooooo much hahaha. everybody did suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper good.

am- weights and plyos with the whole team on the swag new gym floor. its almost as cool as our broken old track :/

pm- only like 35 or somethin today cuz we went like 25 minutes over yesterday so we cut a few off. went out 30 and then did 8 striders they were mighty fine. also we did some ab stuff. it was hard cuz im super super boney so the floor hurts me no matter what i do but they were good too. i was a little bummed however cuz we couldnt go outside at first cuz we were on lightning warning and when they finally let us go out it was sunny and all the rain was dried up :( but today acually felt sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good and it was doooooooooooooooooope.

today was fantabulous. this morning i was sorta awake but i was like falling back asleep and a super loud crash of thunder woke me up and then i watched the lightning for a bit, man i love lightning and thunder. their cool. today was also fantabulous cuz i didnt fall asleep in language arts (btw when i say fall asleep its not like completely its just like i put my head down and my eyes keep closing or my head keeps like falling down and i barely keep myself awake lol, ive only acually fallin asleep once in mr brockmans class for 10 minutes hahahaha) then i led the song in seminary and got to walk to the seminary building in the rain. rain is cool :) then in spanish me and rylee were sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. we didnt fight or be disruptive. in fact we didnt talk the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME !!! it was really really hard cuz me and ry love to say stupid things all the time in that class and we usually get in trouble for fighting and never shutting up. today was different and we were sooooooooooooooo good. also it was good cuz senor eves thought we couldnt do it so he timed us and we made it the whole time. lunch was good and i ate quesidillas. math was the weirdist thing everrrrrr. for the first 15 minutes we didnt have a teacher. we were supposed to have a sub but it didnt come. then the office lady called to our classroom and asked if we had a teacher and half the class lied and said yeah and half us said no. then ammon hooked up his music to the teachers speakers and played this garbage music and then everybody was like the office lady is coming!! so he unplugged it real quick and she got us started on math. then like halfway through class our sub came. he was super old and tried to convince us that he was obi wan kenobi and his phone had star wars music playing from it half the time. also he blew his whistle at us when we werent listening and it was scary (dont worry i was good and listened to him all the times) ammon had his music going through the speakers the whole time but it was kinda quiet and our sub was old so he never even knew. also the sub told us some jokes and i didnt get them at all but when do i ever. then i got even more hard homework that i dont know how to do and went to pe. i didnt do very good at volleyball today but thats ok. im workin on it. #growthmindsetsferlyfeonceagian ;) now i have ta go do gallons of homework. peace yo.

am- 20 minute run with pylos and yoga after. 

pm- 15 warm up, 5 striders, 15 tempo gradually getting faster and coooooooooooooooool down. good workout today! it felt goooooooood outside and it wasnt blazing hot. the tempo was swell as well. i like 15 minute ones when we get faster cuz 1st its not long and 2nd we switch leads every 3 minutes and also get faster every 3 minutes and it just seems to go buy really really fast. also i like the end cuz we always say something like ****** is coming up behind you or there are some ************ girls coming right behind us and we go as fast as we can for the last bit. its reallllllllllllllllllllll fun!! also i like when coach rides his bike by us and helps us. its cool. its like mcfarland hahahahaha. had a good solid 4 but our pack kinda suffered. i really hope we can take some action and make a bomb pack.

today was good. like everyday. everyday is good. at first it was kinda a sad day tho cuz in jewlery i was havin a really hard time with my chain but then i got it eventually. then in intro to health i found some papers and hurried and studied for my test for like 15 minutes and did my whole review in class and then we took the test. i passed. barely so im retaking it, like a lot of kids in my class. i did kinda good but some parts i didnt. funny thing tho, mr miller came into class part way through (we had a sub today cuz of the blood drive) and some kids were like there was these questions that we didnt even know about and he was like...oh i forgot to teach you that...oh well. i got a few of them right cuz i guessed but that was a real bummer. biology was cool tho cuz we made marshmello molecules and then got to eat them. it was fun...even tho i dont like marshmellos. then lots of people were gone at lunch and when people are gone i just go cry in the corner. jk but still its a sad day when lots of people are gone. then in math ms julianna was gone again and our sub couldnt do math so i just sat and ate some food while i tried to figure it out. in foods we finished our movie. i dont like that movie :/ however practice was fun cuz i just love seeing all my bffs and having a jolly good time with them !! also i ate a pine nut and it was good but the rest i opened were empty and that was a bummer. i decided not to go to the football game which was a bad idea cuz i kinda wish i went cuz there so fun but its whatever i just hung out with brook and laney and they showed my allve their dances. they were just fabulous. 

even tho today wasnt super im excited for tomorrow cuz i get to see allve my bffs and party with them all day. whooooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooo!!

oh btw im listening to thomas rhett currently and its just faboulous :))))

(side note: another epic song just came on. wow this is just faboulous) me and ry were really social today while we directed people at the car wash and took their money and such. it was swaaaaaaaaaaaag. also people are so nice, we got some huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge tips yo. it was swag. also s/o to mishan for giving me money :)) wow something happy sad happened tho. mr reid came to the car wash and he is probably like the dopest teacher of all time. also he was my homeroom teacher and i would go to his class everyday in the morning with my dope swag friend kaitlin and we'd write the whole agenda and all that stuff on the board for him cuz i liked to do that. also he would let me do anything i wanted and it was sooooooooooooooo dope. anyway he came to the car wash and i didnt recognize him at first and i just joked around and acted like i knew him cuz obviously he knew me but i had no idea who he was. finally i figured it out tho cuz he told me his homeroom sucks this year which is a reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal bummer :( good thing is he never ever found out that i didnt recognize him cuz i just acted like i did, which is good cuz i did know him lol. well today was good and thats all i have to say. peace yoooooooooooooooooo.

am- dooooooooooooooooope long run this morning !!! i usually am not a fan of the parkway way but it was reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal good. 2*2mile tempo with 10 minute recovery in the run and it was suuuuuuuuuuuuper gooooooood !! our pack struggled once again but there are some real strong groups comin right behind us :) 

pm- little baby run around the grass and a cool meeting. wow today was the best day ever !!! not the day itself cuz today kinda wasnt tooooooooooooo swag but at the meeting we got new support squads and GUESS WHOS IN MY GROUP?!?!?! evan, me and ALEX !!! wow haha i dont think hes to thrilled about that but i sure am hahahahaha. 

today was fine. in language arts i took a test on a book and i think i did bad so thats a bummer. then seminary was dope like always and we learned how to be happy even when things arent good. then spanish was fabulousssssssssssssssssssss !! i love spanish. it is the best class of all time i think. senor was really annoyed at me today i think cuz he said "do you ever shut up"!!! it was really funny hahahahaha. math sucked and pe wasnt as fun as always cuz we have to learn how to play basketball but it was still pretty swag so its okkkkkk. 

funny story: yesterday i was driving with my dad and i was turning off telegraph street and onto the parkway exactly where we ran today and there is like a cement barrier that devides the 2 sides of the road. to make my long story short, i turned onto the wrong side of the road on the other side of the barrier (luckily there was no cars coming cuz that woulda been bad) my dad quickly said jess ur on the wrong side of the road and i hurried and swerved onto the other side. to make matters worse there was a car behind be doing the same turn and i was soooooooooooooo embarassed so i basically stopped in the middle of the road, covered my face, and let them pass. also funny thing, as we were approaching the turn (which was right after the road work) i said "dad i cant see the turn" and he said "dont worry jess itll come to ya" and i said "no dad i really cant see the turn"and then i turned onto the wrong side of the road once again.

today was cool acually now that i think about it today was SOOOOOO COOOOOOL!!! ya know why??? cuz ms comer was gone!!!! greatest day ever!!! in jewlery i finally figured out how to make my chain and im doin real good. then in intro to health i got to color. in biology i learned stuff :/ but also she gave us crackers and they were good. then i had the bestest lunch everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and then in math i sorta kinda learned something !! but acually not really tho which is bad cuz we have a test tomorrow :(((( then in foods as i told you, ms comer was gone !!! also we had to write an essay which wasnt good but we had to do it as a group and we got done real quick. also today i got to dress like a tourist. i felt like an idiot but it was funnnnnnnnnnnnnn. oh and today was 2* tuesday on pocket points !!! i heart pocket points. it is the bombbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb. at practice i got dragged on the ground and my shirt has a grass stain now and my back has like a rash hahahaha but i gave dylan 2 really goooooooooooooooooood turkeys as payback and that was funnnnnnnn. jk sorry dylan. wow today was good and im about to go do more fun stuff as well :))) peace have a good day.

am- goooooooooooooood long run this mornin. it was kinda chilly today which was a bummer cuz to me the weather is perfect when i can wear a tank top on our long runs and just feel perfect. today i wore my 1st t shirt on a long run this season and i didnt wear my gloves so my forearms down was freezin. thats alright tho cuz it felt soooooooooooooooooooooooooo good in the afternoon. hard run since it was kinda like a tempo the whole time not as fast lol but yeahhhhhhhhhhhh. however it was good and we had a realllllll good group! good run and i liked going fast but runs are always tough in the dark for me. i always have ta back away from the group a little down the hills and stuff cuz i feel like im gonna fall and i kinda just have an uneasy feeling the whole time but after the hills i just speed up and im with um again so its ok.

pm- robs gave a good lecture in the lecture hall today we learned lots of cool stuff :)) also we were supposed to bring a quote from this book or somethin and there was lots of good ones. my favortites were, "great vision without great people is irrelevant", "what work makes you feel compelled to try to create greatness", and "we will never give up. we will never capitulate. it might take a long time, but we will find a way to prevail". those are good. youre welcome ;) oh almost forgot! after that we went on a run. it was decent (like my race lol) im sorta sore and i really dislike grass runs but it was good chillin with my homies.

today was acually sorta gooooooooooooooood even tho is was an A day !! 1st good thing was that it was a short day :))) then in jewelry i did good at making my dope swag chain. (side note: currently its 6:53 and my favorite song in world just came on !!! this is the best day ever :)) then in intro to health we did easy stuff and i just chilled with ness and karissa. in biology mrs stant brought TURTLES TO SCHOOL !!! they were soooooooooooooooooooooo swag. i love turtles they are cool. she brought them cuz they had to go to the vet after school. bumma bumma. also in biology i just decided to take the test i missed and i thought i did bad but i only missed 2 and i got an A !! math was math  same with foods. then i went to costa vida with jada and kia and then i partied with my dope swag friends and did some math. then practice was swaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag. also today i was gonna go be a good kid and clean the church but then it got canceled so i got to drive around the neighborhood and i did reaaaaaaaaaaal good. didnt even crash or anything ;) also nick sent us a funny video. it is funny.

oh also yesterday was good cuz i got to see josie, alli p, dallen, and my friends maycee and eliza. good luck to dallen and eliza on their missions. youre gonna to some pretty darn cool things :)

also i sincerly appologize for not blogging fully last week. it hurts my heart that that had to happen :( life got busy and i just didnt have time for it. ill make it up to yall this week tho. pinky promise

am- weights and a short run. weights was good but it was really akward when i was benching cuz coach b was just chillin next to me and he thinks im weak. then when im benchin 2.5's it kinda proves his point. thats ok tho cuz my swag tatts beg to differ ;))

pm- 50 minutes with 4*200's. both were realllllllllllllllll good. focused on my form the whole time and it was acually really fun to do. it made the whole run feel wayyyyyyy easier. 200's after were goooooooooooooooood as well.

today was good. i did good i think on a test on a book that i didnt read. in seminary i did good to i think. in spanish i was prooooooooooooooooooooooo at the country capitals and i got extra credittttttttttttt. lunch was swag as always and math sucked. i did bad on my test that i thought i did good on. hopefully it wasnt that bad otherwise my moms switching me outta that class. actually that wouldnt be bad cuz. pe was good. we played basketball and we werent too horrible. it was swaaaaaaaaaaaaaag. then practice was good. 

wow this is a really short blog cuz nothing really cool happened today. sorry bout that. ohhhhhhhhh heres one thing. i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally want to go to a thomas rhett concert. hmu if youll take me ;))

oh also everyday my blogs wont post. i write them and they dont post. luckily im smart enough to hit the back button so i dont have to rewrite it, but its annoying cuz i type it and it doesnt post so i have to go back copy it, open my blog again in a new tab and then paste and post again. i could just give up but then you wouldnt get to read these works of art and i love yall too much to do that to ya :)))

am- 20 minute easy run and pylossssssssssssssssssssssss. forgot to add yesterday: well my back has been hurtin for quite a while. like i used to not be able to do dead lifts, then it got worse so i couldnt dead lift or squat. then it got a little better and i just couldnt dead lift, but yesterday when i squatted it hurt quite a bit and i couldnt finish. also in my race on saturday my back was hurtin me at the first. idk just thought id tell yall. hopefully it gets betterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. also if you have any suggestions for me to help it feel better lemme know :))

pm- 4*4:30 reps at the dirt mile. suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper good work out today !!! it was just fabulous :)) we had a goooooooooooooooood crew the whooooooooooooole time and we had some gooooooood paces. i did in fact like the sandwich we did (thats what im gonna call it) goin faster then pace then right on and fast again. idk what it was but it didnt feel hard today. it just felt good (it also helped that it wasnt 110 degrees and their was a little bit of rain :)) i mean it felt like i was workin hard but it was just a good workin hard and it felt suuuuuuuuuper good to go fast and practice form. wow today was just probably my fav workout ever and then best workout ever if i do say so myself. wow i cant wait fer cedar. its gonna be epiccccccccccccccccccccccc.

today was a good day. i finished my sorta dope swag chain mail bracelet. #bummed since she didnt let us make swag chains but its still swag. in intro to health i finished two papers that i needed to turn in right before the bell rang so that was good. also i always have fun with ness and karissa in that class, they are swag. also im learnin lots a stuff so hmu if ya want me to teach ya about the 30 bones i know and about the muscular systems and about skin stuff. also i learned about diseases and injuries that can happen in your bones and muscles so i can teach ya those too ;)) jk im not that good lol. in biology i got all my work done and did reallllllllll good i think. lunch was gooooooooooood. my food wasnt good but lunch is fun so that was gooooood. math  once agian :/ i honestly  bumma bumma. foods was  we cooked for the first time ever however we just made noodles. then we had our dope swag workout i mentioned above and now im chillin writin my blog. then im gonna eat the best dinner ever in the world and go to young womens. peace yoooooooooooooooooooooooo. 

oh also as i have mentioned before... im not jokin i like rlly wanna go to a thomas rhett concert so lemme know if youll take me ;))

am- weights and a short run. however this mornin i only benched and then i went out in the hall and did some exercises with ry that my mom taught me to help our tendonitus. they were just swell. then we ran and iced after. kinda that saddest thing ever tho cuz there (or their. idk which is which and i sincerly appologize :/) was like 7 or so girls icing this mornin. i guess thats good too cuz everybodys takin care of themselves to get alllllllllllllllll better :))

pm- super good run today !! runs just keep getting better and better !! ran into green springs and kept a good pace the whole time. pack wasnt as strong today but on the way back it improved. also my knees hurt a little at the first but felt better as we went and i just iced um again so hopefully theyll be gettin better soon.

idk really what to talk about today. i pretty sure people get bored when i tell um about my day and i dont really know what to say. well i spent all of language arts falling asleep again. its fun and all but when the teacher starts readin us the book i just start dozin off. ummmmm... i really dont know what else to say cuz nothin really swagggggg happened today. oh except that in during lunch i just layed on the floor in coaches room and listened to big green tractor. man that was a goooooooooood time :))

how bout this... comment down some stuff that you want me to write in my blog and what stories and stuff ya wanna hear cuz honestly idk and i dont wanna just tell ya the saaaaaaaaaaaaame thing everyday. also my mom said that if my blogs exceed 300 words then im gonna be grounded so...

ya know the funny thing is that even if i do a short blog, it still takes me the same amount of time as if i writin a suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper long one. also i just exceeded 300 words. sorry mom.

one more thing. i just read jaceys dope swag blog and she talked about thoughtful thursday. she said that she thought of a cheetah like a lot a people prolly did. funny thing is, i thought of a cheetah at first and decided to think of a rhino instead cuz theyre buff and have a cool horn thing and theyre my favorite animal. ok thats it just thought id tell ya cuz thoughtful thursday was swag.

also i know that only kids who are blogging will see this...but i really wish more people would blog. reading yalls blogs is one of my absolute favorite things to do (next to blogging of course ;))

am- nice baby run and yogaaaaaaa. also iced and did my swag exercises.

pm- CEDAR INVITE !!! warmed up for a bit and then headed to the start line. i do better when i get out to the front right at the beggining and just stay there so thats what i did. pushed real hard at the first to get a good position and just kept it. also usually when i race there are lots of random things going through my head. like im still focused hardcore and all but theres just weird stuff goin on like ill sing country songs (in my head of course hahahaha) and sometimes ill be like saying the alphabet backwards and just random stuff like that. but this race from the very beggining i was thinkin more on the lines of "run with confidence" and "give the extra 25 percent" stuff like that that my dope swag coaches say allve the time. on the slight uphill the 2nd time (on the sidewalk) a thought went through my head and my brain just kinda asked me if i wanted it. if i wanted to run the time ive always wanted to run and to win. i gave my answer to my brain inside of my ginormous forehead and pushed harder. by the time i was on the graduall downhill i thought i was goin fast enough but holt helped me by tellin me to lean into it and go faster. super happy with my time and the overall race. also the team did the best weve done all year and it was just fabulous. were gettin there. we still got more to work on but we'll get it ;))

am- idk my mileage cuz i left my dope swag watch in cedar. luckily i have a dope swag aunt who was nice enough to go get it for me and ill have my bff home soon. decent run today. ran up buena vista blvd onto wash pkwy over the freeway onto the dirt mile, under the scary tunnels that i thought would have hobos in them, and back home on buena vista blvd. it was alright. i left at like 11 so it was kinda hot but not rlly and i just dont really like runnin by myself but it was still alright.

am- decent long run this morning. progression run was hard but it also feels good when youre finished and youve done something useful with youre life. 2*200's after. they were gooooooooood. then i did my swag exercises and iced.

pm- dope swag meeting and a 20 minute grass run. i dont particularly like grass runs so i ran on the dirt on the outskirts of the softball field. i found a gross stuffed monkey and a softball. i played catch with many different people and it was realllllllllllllll fun. i like catch. its one of my favorite things to do. also today in pe this kid was attacking me while we were playing basketball but coach b just laughed cuz he thought it was funny. along with the whole rest of the class.

pm- ran to dixie rock with my buds named caroline, ellie, rylee, alli, and jacey. it was pretty good but kinda just one of those sluggish hard runs. i havent had one a those for a while and its been nice. then we watched the races at snow canyon good job to yall who raced there cuz all yall did suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper good and it was fun to watch. heres my one swag thing of the day. thats what im gonna do fer now on ok. well today lunch was suuuuuuuuuuuper fun and i played catch barefoot in the glory hall. it was rlly rlly fun cuz as i have mentioned before i like to play catch. it is fun. also i like not wearing shoes. that is fun as well. oh also i was gonna say somethin else but i forgot. #bumma

am- suuuuuuuuuuuuuuper good run this morning! after the sluggish hard run yesterday it felt good to feel good going fast. also sorry cuz i prolly shouldnt of gone that fast but i just started running and it just felt good. also haha i was like half asleep while i was running cuz i fell asleep in the car on the way to morning practice and so i was running with my eyes half open lol. plyos after. they were goooooooooooooooood. oh then i iced and that was gooooooooooood too.

pm- gooooooooooooood workout with the girlzzzzzzzzzzzzzz at the dirt mile. two seven minute reps at 5k pace or somethin. real good pack on the first one. the second one our pack struggled but solid effort from everybody. good job :)) then 4*200's after and they were gooooooooooooood too. now im icin and chillin. hopefully i can come watch my buds sing and ring bells cuz thatd be coooooool. missed carollllllllllllllline lots :( feel better bud. 

cool thing of the day: actually today its a sad thing. my waterbottle got lost at lunch. hmu if you see it. also farmers daughter just came on and its a cool song so go listen to it ;))

pm- team pics and a run. ran with brianna at the first then jenna then ran with the girls for a sec then ran by myself for a bit and then finished up with robs, ry and jace. weird run cuz we got left but then caught up and then i didnt want to go to fast cuz i didnt want to get in trouble any more so i just chilled then everybody wanted to do a grass run so i just ran alone around the school and on the road cuz i #hate grass runs. but it was alright. #bumma cuz the raptor romp is tonight and i loooooooooooooooooooooooove the raptor romp but were all to old :(( #raptorferlyfe 

fun thing of the day: got my math test back...i failed #bumma

am- 20 minute run, skipped on plyos cuz it hurts my back and hurts my knees even more then they already hurt and did my swag exercises and then did some yogaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa with figiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

pm- real hard/good workout today. havent had this hard of a workout in quite a while but it was good to practice the things we dont do as much. warmed up by myself for the first half cuz the rest of the girls got stopped at the light. short repeats for our workout so we were like sprinting the whole time but they were good and our pack was decent i think. gaps started to form at the end of every repeat but the top few girls were right together which i liked a lot. 200's after. they were tough. im not a very good sprinter at all but i hung in there. (4*2:45minutes, 4*200m)

my cool/sad things. 

thing #1: cam is home and he has confirmed (sorta) that I JESSICA HILL AM SWAG JESSICA, NOT MY MOTHER.

thing #2: me and jaylee got all (actually only some) of our anger out during pe like we always do. we tend to get a little upset when we get out...and then we throw the basketball at the wall and start yelling.

thing #3: the team pics are up and i look suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper ugly in allve them :(( #bummer

thing #4: my math grade finally went up a little and i retook the test again cuz we all complained that the other retake was to hard so she gave us another and i think i did better. which is good cuz then hopefully my grade will go up again. however then she said we have a suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper hard test on monday (her words) and it goes on this quarters grade and if it does that really sucks cuz then ill fail her class. #bummeragain but its ok cuz im probs switching out of her class real soon.

btw i still dont have my watch so...

am- good, fast run with robs and ry out in snow canyon! also the houses werent freaky like last time so that was gooooooooooooood.

partayed at the aid station and cleaned up trash ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL day. s/o to me and py cuz were good cup cleaner uppers. at the very very end i passed out like 10 waters and threw like 20 at people. 

also on friday at volleyball when it wasnt my turn i was stepping on parker and carsons feet which wasnt very nice but it was fun and then parker stomped on my foot and it hurt so bad. then it didnt hurt at all that night but when i woke up this morning it hurt sooooooooooooo bad to get out of bed and luckily it didnt hurt to bad on our run but when i got home from volunteering i was limping hard core and it hurt soooooooooooooooooo bad. then i went live on insta and parker got on and i told him my foot hurt so bad that i couldnt even walk and he said hahaha serves you right and i dont feel bad. fun fact i did feel bad when my foot hurt and i was worried that i had injured them but they said their feet didnt hurt at all so thats good. update tho my foot feels beautiful and it doesnt hurt one bit.

am- chill 20 minute run

pm- region today. ran a pr but I don't think I did my best looking at my place and all. #wishin I stayed with Harley and Bailey when they passed me but I just felt like I didn't have it in me today. when Harley would battle me right in the middle id try to battle her back but she'd just come right back up to me haha. I tried to visualize and get it in my head that I was racing today but I don't think it fully clicked. some parts I just felt dead and lol on the gravelish part close to the end I tripped (didn't fall but tripped)....twice. Im really gonna try my very hardest and make sure I'm doing all that I can to be the very best I can be...cuz I want it.

also #bumma cuz we lost by 1 point but all we can do is learn from our mistakes and go kill it at state next week!

oh one more thing. I #cried today cuz it was my last day in the best pe class on earth with all've my friends where I have so much fun and let all my anger out without getting in trouble lol and just do whatever I want. now I have to go in a sad class that I have no friends in and I won't even have a class to look forward to anymore and I'll just have to sit and cry in math while my friends are partyin it up in our dope swag pe class. if that's not a #bumma then idk what is :((

You're improving with every race. Even though this race felt like a down race, you still showed improvement.

pm- ran with ry in my neighborhood around 6 or so. on the way back we saw miles and julien so we ran into a porta-potty to hide from them and they drove up to it and waited so we got out and ran alongside miles' van cuz he wanted to pace us lol.

heres a sad story that happened to me :(( ... i was at see's with ry, laney, and brook and the worker lady came over to give us a sample and she was taking FOREVER to say all the dumb names of the fancy candy and so i just reached in to the box to grab one and she yanked the box away and said "what do you want" and i couldnt remember the names so i just said "that one" and she gave it to me and then i threw it away and ran outside cuz i was #embarrassedferlyfe :( sad thing is she never said "oh i have to get it for you" or anything...she just yanked it away and made me sad :((

pm- state today!! nervous/excited but it was so fun!! felt suuuuuper tired the whole time but tried to fight as much as possible for my team. finished 5th. decent but ready to do much better next year. our pack hasn’t been very good the whole season especially compared to last year but today we finally did it! our spread wasn’t as fast but when I turned around I saw my whole team finishing together and we finally had a pack. we still have a lot to work on but today was gooooooooood. ended as back to back state champs!!!! super good day and I’m super proud of our team!! also s/o to the rowdies and the coaches for helping pump us up and makin us go faster.

school was kind of a bummer today :/ math is half good and half bad. good cuz i have a good class and ms gilmore is rlly nice and she helps me a lot but bad cuz im the dummest one in the class and im the only one who cant do what we're doing. also i miss my friends from my other class cuz they were fun and we stuggled together. now its just me struggling on my own :( also foods was very bad. it was bad before but now my one friend that i had in my old class isnt in my class and my teacher just gave us a presentation we have to do and im gonna have to present it to a bunch of people i dont know :( also senor changed the seating chart in spanish and im #mad about that. especially after all my sucky classes i knew i would at least have spanish to look forward to but now me and ry sit on complete opposite sides of the room. senor did give us candy tho cuz we won state (or he felt bad that he moved us) so then i wasnt as mad haha.

thats ok tho. ill just party and make slime or somethin tonight to make up for it :))

am- decent long run this morning. my stomach hurt sooooooooo bad at first and then it really didnt bother me at all until the very end of my run and then it went away again so thats good hahaha. progression run thingy. ran past dixie rock and back. sorta like this run. its easy and fun but there are like no lights so i feel like im gonna die hahahahaha. pretty good pack. hopin ry gets feelin better quick and this sickness thats goin around stops so we can have our whole crew back.

pm- ran with add and did the 1200 loops at the high school. slow run that dragged quite a bit (like all the short runs do for me haha) but it was good and i love runnin w/addi. shes a coooooooooooooool cat.

good day too but pe was sad again and coach b head locked me and told me how he felt bad for me and how he knows it rlly sucks that i had to switch classes cuz my last one was the dooooooooooooooooopest class ever but how i still need to have fun. its hard to have fun when you have no friends but i do have one friend tayia so thats good and coach b is nice.

am- benched and did my swag exercisesssssss and then an easy run

pm- easy 50 into green springs. my legs were suuuuuuuuuuuuuper tired but going fast helped um feel better. kept a pretty good pace the whole time and it felt gooooooooooood. ran with ell, sylvia and robs and then it was just me and sylvia and then i just finished up behind the boys. felt good to finish fast cuz im not always the best at that. howeverrrrrrrr, my knee like on the inside part of my leg started killingggggggggg with like 3 or 4 minutes left and i limped a bit and felt my self slowin a bit and then i decided to stop bein a baby and finish my run good. then it didnt hurt as badddddddddddddddddddd

school was decent. good thing tho, we're starting a new unit in math that i can finally do and im not coming in right at the end of it so thats goooooooooooooooooooooooood. i was rlly sad tho cuz today all my friends partied in pe...and i was in math :'(

am- missed my ride by 4 minutes so i missed morning practice :/ #bumma but i gotta sleep in a whole hour and i still got my run in :)) first part of the run however i was running so slow that it was like a walk jog thing cuz i was limping hard core and going realllllllllllllll slow cuz my knee hurt sooooooooooooo bad. felt a bit better towards the end and my pace improved lol but still a bit of pain. #bumma cuz i didnt have time to ice cuz of #school ill do it tonight. sad thing tho after i went back to sleep at like 6:15 i had some weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeird dreams. the first one was alllllllllllllllllllllllll about cafe rio. i just wanted to go there soooooooooooooo bad. and guess what? i never did :'( my next dream was all about ants. it was horrible (at the time) so we had people over at my house and so we were outside on the swingset (which was on the front lawn) and then brook ran out and yelled somethin at us and julien yelled to me what she said and then he told me again cuz i had no clue what he was saying and then he ran into the house and i started to go back and then ants started falling from the sky. like really skinny longish ants. then i was gettin bit all over and i was screamin like a maniac. then we were inside and long trails of ants started to come in and once again i was screaming like a maniac and everybody was like "oh its fine". then my mom sprinkled some salt stuff on the ants and they died and then i went outside and put the salt stuff on all the ants and killed them and there was also these rock lookin thingys and when you put the salt stuff on um theyd turn blue and start glowing and make this noise and then they turned into crawdads that were dead all over my drive way. that was my 2nd bug dream in like a week or two. and i hate bugs :/

pm- goooooooooooooooood harrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrd workout today. 15 warm then 7*3:00minute reps on the grass at the school at 3k pace, 5k, 8k, 5k, 8k, 5k, 3k and then 10 cool. reallllllllll hard but good also and our packing was decent. however i noticed today that we once again really need to work on being positive because it helps you and the whole team when your positive :)) my knee didnt hurt this afternoon but on the cool down my shins hurt a bit. gonna ice a looooooooooooot tonight.

am- benched and did excersizes and then a short run. my shins hurt quite a bit on the run so i took it kinda chill and just tried to get it over with and then iced after which helped.

pm- 6.7// 50-somethin minutes and 6 striders. good group, good pace and goooooooooooooooood run!! shins hurt a bit at the first along with my knees lol but felt good the rest of the time. ran with the boys right at the first, just for a sec and talked to jose about papusas. he said they'll either be really good, good or bad hahahahaha. ness and jada ran with us and i was #glad cuz i love ness and jada :) #triplej

pm-10.00-suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper good long run!! prolly like the best ever in my whooooooooooooooooooole life. i honestly loved it and i usually like dont "love" runs. also i wasnt dreading it a whole ton haha i mean a little lol but not much. ran up turkey farm road (which is my fav run in the woooooooooooooooooorld) for a whiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiile. smallish group on the way there. basically just ellie, robs, jacey, me and brianna for a bit. idk what it was but it honestly felt 100 times better than our regular like 55 minute runs and we kept a bomb pace and it felt sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!! also from takin the morning off my shins didnt hurt really (they do rn but they didnt at the time so thats gooooooooooooood). 78 minutes about

today was a decent day too. jewelry was alright, the assembly was swag and logan is king and  thats cool and i put my leg over my head almost, finished my homework in intro to heath, did good (i think on a biology test), pe didnt suck super bad but it still sucked quite a bit, math was actually fun, our run was suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper good and then i partied at the football game and got to see my friends (who the only class i had with them was pe and now i have none with them:() now im just chillin and ill prolly make mac n cheese or somethin :))

also its hell raisers b day today :) happpppppppppppppppppppppppppy birthdayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy home dawgggggggggggggggggggggg.

am- long run on the parkwayy. goodish long run. my knees hurt a lot but my shins didnt hurt one bit. kept a decent pace and a decentish pack.

pm- short run and it honestly kinda sucked. the run itself was fine but i felt super sick and my stomach killed, also i almost puked a bit but its alllllllllllllllllllllllll good now lol. oh and my knees were KILLING me. they hurt reallllllllllllll bad :( however robs' meeting was fantabulous :))

cool things of the day: i ate potato salad for lunch and breakfast that i made at like 10 last night lol and it was sooooooooooooooo good. also even cooler thing: i had a dollar so we were buying hot cheetos and colton told me to pick which one cuz you could choose out of like 4 slots and so i chose one and i was like "ahh what if it gets stuck" and then it did :/ but then.... it got unstuck and 2 fell out!!! wow that was swaggggggggggggggg. also 2night were going to brooks choir concert and carving pumpkins so thatll be dooooooooooooooooooope. 

best thing ever. i wasnt gonna trick or treat but now i am hahahahahah :)))

oh also im #mad cuz carson exploded my gatorade baby :/

am- didnt hear my alarm and woke up at 6:14. i always have hope and i ran into alexs room to see if he forgot to wake up too, but sadly that wasnt the case. missed practice which was a #bumma. still got a run in but it was sad and lonely haha.

pm- good run today with jace, ell and robs! very... eventful you might say lol. ran up through middleton and went onto the trail for a sec. jacey was leading as we approached a barbed wire fence. as we got closer it looked like jacey was gonna hurdle it. i was right next to her and was gonna hurdle it as well. then all of the sudden ell and robs started yellin at jace to look out but it was toooooooooooo late. i thought that her foot had caught onto the fence and that she was gonna fall over but instead she just stopped immediately. i tried to jump and just crashed right into her. poor jace turned around and her arm was gushing blood and her finger was bleeding. we then ran back to the park to clean it up and some smart people made a swag tourniquet type thingy for her. then me being the fabulous injury psychic that i am haha decided that she'd need stitches. idk if she is but most likely shes going to and she probably should haha. also she'll hopefully get a tetanus shot which if you dont know what that is, its a shot you get so that you dont die when rusty metal goes into you lol. finished up the run and did striders. besides the little incident todays run was soooooooooooooooooo good!!

also s/o to some of the boys cuz they were bein real nice to jace and helping her so she didnt die :)

funny thing hahahaha, later in the run jacey told me sorry that i got a teeny tiny baby cut on me cuz she felt like it was her fault. the funny thing is jacey actually blocked me so that i only got a teeny tiny baby cut. so really im the one who needs to say sorry to jace for running into her on accident.

UPDATE: jace didnt need stitches but she got it glued which is kinda the same thing so im still right ok :))

WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. robs told me its cuz we practice on finishing runs faster. #glad were workin on that more because it is #workin :))

am- good workout this morning! 4 sets of 4 random things, either cv, thresh, or tempo all for a minute. one of my fav workouts i think. small group but we were able to keep it together for the most part. somebody needs to invent some type of shirt or somethin that will keep ur hands and forearms warm and like keep the rest of you cool i guess. maybe like a long sleeve and part of the sleeves are like a velcro flap that you can undo and then half of ur arm/shoulder will be uncovered haha idk i just know that gloves cant keep my forearms warm and long sleeves are to hot. lol sorry thats just what my brain is thinking about rn haha.

(containing loooooooooooooooooooots of freshman ;)) good progression as well. kept a fast pace throughout and really picked it up on the way back. i used to not like progression runs cuz theyre hard ya know but on thursday those runs showed results. finishing fast at the end of easy runs pays off more than you knowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

pm- good run w/ ry and played catch afterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. usually dont enjoy monday afternoon runs at all but i actually enjoyed todays run quite a lot :))

nothing cool happened today. i finished a project in jewelry and thats about itttttttttttt. oh i did make lots of cookies last night tho and gave them to senor and colton today. also i made a real lyfe holt cookie that looks like coach holts face.

pm- suuuuuuuuuuuuuper good run into green springs. little group on the way out (jace, robs, me, alli brown, and jada!!!) but bigger on the way back (plus ry & ness). on the way out i wasnt feelin super and i asked jada how many minutes she was gonna do and she told me 50 so i told er if you stay right with me ill run back with you and youll have somebody to run with. as the run went on i felt better and better and it just felt sooooooooooo good outside and stuff and i didnt want to flip early so instead of ditching jada i ran with her and encouraged her to go 55 and she did so we still got to run together :)) oh cool thing: on the way back, alex came up behind us and i ran the last mile or so with him and it was actually fun and he was being soooooooooooooo nice to me :) then he told me if i could beat him to the tree then he'd give me $100. we were like barely past harts but i still tried and then gave up when he started sprinting. duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude that was haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaard.

am- goooooooooooooooood rant sesh run about my dolfin argument and the country music awards (which are tonight and if they end up sucky im gonna be maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad)

pm- bomb workout todayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. not easy but not hard just right in the middle. 5*3:45 reps at 5k pace. suuuuuuuuuuper gooooooooood workout and good pack for part of it. pushing at the end used to not be my favorite but now when we hit 30 seconds left i sprint as fast as i can and its my favvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv part :)) super proud of jada. shes a beast

i had kindof a bummer day (not as bad as one persons day tho haha#prayferlogan) i injured 2 people and ate soap #bumma.

oh and for logans fun run yesterday, just incase you were wondering, i walked like half with ry and py and then fast jogged the rest...barefoot. DREAM COME TRUE. i hate shoes :/

pm- little bummed at first tbh just cuz i checked the workouts and i thought 50 minutes with fartleks meant a run with fartleks in the middle, turns out it meant we had a workout but ya know it was just fine. i dont exactly want to explain the workout just cuz its kinda confusing buuuuuuuuuuuut i guess i will. 15 warm and then... 1 minute at 5k pace - 4 min recovery, 2 minutes at 5k pace - 3 min recovery, 1 minute at 5k pace - 4 min recovery, 2 minutes at 5k - 3 min recovery, 3 minutes at 5k - 2 min recovery, and then 4 min at 5k - 1 min recovery and then about a 15 min cool. good tough workout and a BEAUTIFULish pack!! 

heres a sad story that might even make ya cry a bit i think. so in health science we took a test a while back and i got like a C. today was the last day to go retake it and i had done all of my revisions and such but hadnt studied much other than that because i didnt find my packet until 2nd period today. however i was like its worth a shot right so i went and took it. i thought i did alright....but i did not. i prolly got like a D- this time. sad huh. well its ok cuz im a baller and ill just do good on the other test i have to retake lol. 

wow my blogs suck. sense my classes are no longer fun i dont have many stories. my apologies. 

oh i got hit in the head by a penny yesterday that a kid threw across the room. it hit the ceiling and then went right to my head. my head hurts a titch now but its ok

am- short run

pm- ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh man...todays run was fabulousssssssssssssssssssss. as some may know im not a fan of "chilling" on runs. the only reason is because if we are supposed to do a run, i like to go a decent pace that feels good and makes me know im working hard. (plus if ya go a little faster it is suprisingly easier). however when i get a run that is supposed to be a chill run, i will gladly chill. today was one of those chill, short runs and it was greattttttttttt. ran with py for basically all of it. glad to as well. py is a beast and will always be one of my bffs.

stoked for nikeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee its gonna be dope.

pm- hit the road to head to Nike at lunch and partied on the bus. best day evaaaaaa cuz we got to watch trolls :))). I LOVE TROLLS!!!! lil run at like 6 in flagstaff and went to Denny's for dinnerrrrrr. today was good

pm- hit the road again and partied allllllllllll the way to casa grande. stopped at a dope monument on the way and played with slimeeeeeeeeee!!! ran the course with the girls and had fun fighting with jadaddy lol. later we had the t shirt exchange and then headed to the scary motel haha.

am- NIKE !!! good warm up and then checked into the raceeeeeee. had a pretty good start i think and got to the front. tried to stay with the top group but fell back a lil bit. tried to do what coach always tells us of pushing out any doubt the second it comes in. stayed in the same spot basically for the whole race and closer to the end i started to pass people a bit. then when we went through the dip i prolly passed like 5 girls and tried to hold um off. one ended up passing me back which was a #bumma but its ok cuz i tried my very hardest and im suuuuuuuuuuuuuure of it. one of the hardest races ever. when i had doubt come in my mind i just thought of the team and new i didnt want to let them down. thats one of the things that kept me goin. ended with a 5k pr and a sickkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk shirt oh and i gotta shake a swag olympians handdddddddddddd. good 8 hour bus ride home after haha

That whole race was pretty much awesome! Way to go get what you earned. Many great things in your future... takes some teammates on the journey with you. Thanks for the amazing season; but it’s not over yet. 10 go to Nats out of FL West. Do you believe you deserve it now?!

am- short run in the freezing cold :))

pm- good mediumish workout run thingy. a few hills (up and down) halfway through and a 10 minute tempo at the end. felt good but felt pretty dang tired today.

today i got pelted with a wiffle ball, smacked in the head a few times, a kid put glue on my waterbottle and wiped glue on me, i smacked my knee and my shins multiple times in math, got my pencil thrown into the trash, got swung around by my hands and feet, got grass stains all over my arms and legs cuz i got dragged on the grass, sang trolls songs ALL day, put on another dope tatoo (this time its a swag black widow) annnnnnnnd i ate bark :)) just a normal day in the life of jessica...

pm- dream mile!! didnt do super but did fine ig. wished i coulda got a pr but i gave a solid effort so im happy with the time. also michael is a #baby and didnt even bother to show up to our battle :(

s/o to alli b cuz shes a ballerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and did soooooo good!!! and also to jos cuz i missed her so much and she came and now im happy

realized today how much i love cross country and i #dontwantittoendyet. dont get me wrong, i rlly love track and im super excited for it, ill just miss cross is all.

also s/o to my swag coaches, thanks for being the #coolest coaches ever and teaching me lots of good stuff :))

Thanks, J. Rog. I always get nostalgic at the end of the xc season. There's something about the team aspect of the sport that is priceless. You've really broken some barriers for yourself and your teammates this year. I'm lucky to be a part of it.

pm- few loops on the track and then me ry and py did 800 loops on the grass. fun run. i love running w ry and py. theyre fun kids :)) my legs dont hurt anymore so thats good but ive been feelin pretty wiped out these past few days. hopefully ill be alllllllllllllllllllllllllllll pumped up for footlocker tho

am- good run w/ jace, ry, py and robs! miss the crew but its kinda nice to all be in one conversation and stuff haha. slowish pace kinda but my legs are soooooooooooooooo tired and they hurt a lot so it felt good to chill a bit

pm- decent lil run with a few kids but everybody was not feeling good or hurt or something so by the end of the run it was just me ry and py lol. few striders after. they were fine. hard but fine. my legs are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sore and soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired as ive mentioned before. hopefully they can stop it so we can have a beasttttttttttttttt workout tomorrow.

TODAY IS THE BEST DAY EVER CUZ I GET TO BLOG AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!

pm- short lil run. it was hard. very hard. my legs and knees were KILLING me but i just talked to pyper about slime and that helped the run go by. on the way back a lady got out of her car and asked us to jump it but we were running and didnt have cars so... anyway we ended up pushing it a lil way and then jace went and jumped it later. man she was somethin. she wanted to help us push so she wouldnt get in her car and steer and so she steered from outside of it and then had to jump in it later and slam on the brakes cuz it was going fast and was about to smack a car on the side of the road. also i was a lil offended cuz she was really doubting our physical ability. but now she knows were buff so its ok. and we felt good cuz we gave service and also i feel good cuz i can give my seminary devotional on it next class cuz helping people when their cars are dead brings me joy.

oh im also sad tho cuz over the break of not running i also didnt blog and now my 200+ viewers are all gone and im back to the sad 90's once again :((

also i actually have no idea how far we went cuz my watch is broken :/

pm- 15 track, 15 grass and 8 striders. i rlly dont know how it can be so easy for some people to just start running again cuz its been sooooooooooooo hard for me. i am rlly tryin my best and it gets better as we go on but just my knees and my right foot/big toe just kill. once we got on the grass i felt much better but i was still hurtin quite a bit. hopefully i can get back in the grooooove soon. 

although i felt like trash, me and py talked about slime once again and it was a great time :))

also where i got my wisdom teeth out, its just weird, it doesnt rlly hurt i guess, it just feels sooooooo weird when i run and makes it kinda feel like one of the cuts has reopened. even tho it has not.

oh actually one more thing !! today is a good day cuz remember awhile back when i wrote on here that i got my new swag nike pegs and i was SO EXCITED !! well they ended up being to big (even tho i have tooooons of pegs in the same size) so we had to send them back. good news is that the new pair came today and im SO EXCITED once again :)) sad thing is i think my feet i shrinking cuz i had to send back my 5s and get 4.5s...in kids :/

pm- idk my miles or time cuz my watch is still #broken but i think its fine. 10 minutes w/ ry on the track before practice and then finished up on the road with the girls. at first my knees and foot still hurt pretty dangggg bad but it felt a lil better and thats good cuz its the best ive felt all week even tho it still hurt. i was gonna ice after but all the bags were gone. ill ice later tho so its all good. 

haha funny thing: jada saw a "freaking huge spider" and she screamed, then i saw it and realized it was fake hahah. it was funny. then i went and scared a few more kids with it hahah

am/pm- slept in tell like 11:30 and then ran. idk my mileage or anything of that sort but I got a new watch band for Christmas cuz mine ripped so I'll have it back soooooooon.

the power was out last night for a bit so we stayed up late and played pool with lanterns haha. then the lights came on and we played more pool with lights

oh also I went to my grandma and grandpas house in cedar yesterday and built and huuuuuuge snowman that we could barley push at all. it took alllllllll me and brooks muscles (and that's sayin a lot cuz I'm #buff ya know ;))

one more thing..we were supposed to go skiing this week buuuuuuut there's no snow so now we're not

am- lil run by myself and then walked/jogged with Brook to our neighbors house to get a dog we were supposed to play with. she's a rlly cute black lab puppy that's like one but she's sooooooo crazy and nvr runs out of energy it seems like. anyway on the walk back the dog was pulling like no other and me and Brook had to use allllllllllll or muscles to constrain her. now my hands hurt quite a lot. also she stopped and smelled EVERY SINGLE bush lol. wow she's the hyperest thing everrrrrrrr but she's cute and funny so I like her :))

oh also I've had a real sucky cold the past few days and it #sucks but I think it's fine I guess even tho I feel like I'm gonna die sometimes...from a cold
