pm- 15 warm and a few strides and then the 6 minute test. it went pretty good. i thought i was gonna be able to do better but its good for now. ill just do better next time. 20 minute cool down after and man was i sore geez. lifted after. i havent squated in like a year and a half cuz of my back and knees but finally started those up again and it felt good.
