pm- ran to the hill and then a few strides, one hill circuit and ran back. I usually love hill circuits and I was excited to do um again but I felt the most dead I've ever felt before. i felt like I was just gonna pass out on the way up and on the way down I didnt feel like my legs could even hold me up. felt a lot stronger on the striders before and after but so weak on the hills. I ate good and got lots of sleep and I even did some hill stuff over the break just by pushing up fire station and stuff but idk it was horrible haha. |
