am- 20 minute easy run and yogaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa after.
pm- 15 minute tempo thingy that got faster every 3 or so minutes. it started out real easy but as time went on and we picked up the pace it was pretty tough. especially at the end. my legs felt so tired but the tempo went by really fast so it was gooooooooooooood. the end was good as well because despite being really tired we all really pushed at the end and it felt goooooooooooood. also we kept a super swag pack the whole time and it was dope.
wow today was just great. i got the swag scripture reminder bracelet ive always wanted haha and my team demolished in p.e. volleyball. then i went to the football game and it was sooooooooooo fun. also i got some cool friendship bracelets from my wendys kids meal. they are swag.
