am- weights and an easy run.
pm- 50 minutes into washington. my legs felt realllllllllll good and they didnt feel "dead" at all. good run and it basically wasnt even hot. even tho it was. sorta.
also yesterday was the first day of school and it sucked but today was goooooood (sorta minus the learning part) so thats gooooooooooood :)
