am-long run @5;30. my knee hurt but it was good. ran up sunrise tire hill, down foremaster, and then onto the river trail. we finished up with a little hill work out on the hill next to 2450 park. the hills felt pretty good and strong, it was dope.
pm-50 minute hard work out at bloomington hills north park. did 4*1000 repeats. it was very tough but i stayed with the top girls for the most part and it was swag. also i felt good.
pm-52 minute run. went about 5.75 miles, no more knee pain which is super dope. ran into washington towards hells hole, but not into it. it was super dope and it felt great.
pm- freakin hard work out at the dirt mile but it was super dope. started out with like a 15 minute warm up and then 4 striders. then we tempoed for 20 minutes. for the most part our pack was pretty good. i was feeling pretty good but i was so tired so i was gonna bow out at about 15 minutes but then realized i could do more and i owed it to my team cuz they were working super hard too. finished up with a cool down and then headed home.
