am- 75 minute long run this morning w 1,2,3,3,2,1 minute pickups and 2*200s at the end. been feeling really good lately and the runs have been seeming easy but today my legs were pretty tired. plus me and ry and jewels were so sore from balling it up in pickleball on Saturday haha. good run nonetheless. 9.15mi PM- 20 minutes. ran w ry and just took it easy. had a nutrition lady talk with us prior to the run. she was swag and had some swag stuff to say. 2.5mi idrk |
