am- workout at bloomington hills. 15 warmup then 4*100m striders then a 10 minute tempo and then 3*2:00min reps @ 8k, 5k, 8k and then 4*1:00min reps @5k, 3k, 5k, 3k i think. bomb workout. nice packing. nice pace. ready to #KILL it at state.
pm- ran with ry in my neighborhood around 6 or so. on the way back we saw miles and julien so we ran into a porta-potty to hide from them and they drove up to it and waited so we got out and ran alongside miles' van cuz he wanted to pace us lol.

heres a sad story that happened to me :(( ... i was at see's with ry, laney, and brook and the worker lady came over to give us a sample and she was taking FOREVER to say all the dumb names of the fancy candy and so i just reached in to the box to grab one and she yanked the box away and said "what do you want" and i couldnt remember the names so i just said "that one" and she gave it to me and then i threw it away and ran outside cuz i was #embarrassedferlyfe :( sad thing is she never said "oh i have to get it for you" or anything...she just yanked it away and made me sad :((
