am- weights, band exercises and 10 min run. planned on going 15 but my knees #hurt a lot
pm- 40 minutes on the t-bone trail. good run other then the super sandy parts cuz those are #hard to run on but it was good. short meeting after about a swag book we read. heard some very good insights
oh also me and ry formed a wonderful duo called the rjhpp which stands for the rylee jessica hilt positivity pact... so if you need a little positivity in your life hit us up cuz were gonna be positiver than ever :))
also this morning before practice i sliced my finger (again) w/ a knife while cutting an apple then i went to weights w/ my finger gushing blood cuz i couldnt find a band aid and alex was gonna leave me lol
