am- whole bunch of exercises. im supposed to do 2 sets however and only had time for 1 so ill do another in a bit.
pm- rootbeer mile today. i #hate the rootbeer mile. 1st: i hate rootbeer, it is literally thee worst soda on the earth, that makes it kinda hard lol. and 2nd: my stomach is pretty dang small and i usually cant even drink a whole soda. i was kinda excited for it tbh but the excitment left me as soon as i cracked open the can. my goal was to finish because last year i only got 2 1/2 cans and 2 laps down until the time limit was reached and i had to stop. i did worse this year. i only got 2 1/4 cans down and 2 laps. but still a small victory for me tho cuz i drank more than one can haha. cooled down a bit after but my knees hurt a #lot so i flipped back pretty early and iced. oh also i noticed that i do pretty fine when running w/ a belly full of rootbeer and its just the drinking part i cant do. i would catch people on the running part but then my knees would hurt and hold me back a bit hahaha. i #suck, at the rootbeer mile
